I wanted to give a shout out to the grooming department. I have a spicy kitty who is also long haired. I was worried she couldn't be grooomed and they did it. I am so grateful to the wonderful groomers. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I take my fur babies to the doggie daycare at the Hilltop location. They love it. They come home exhausted. They have great customer service as treat my dogs extremely well.

Isn’t their motto “we’ll do anything for pets”? Apparently not. I went online and scheduled a grooming appointment for my small dog. They called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment to say that they moved someone to my slot but never changed it and they can’t honor my appointment. That’s not my fault. And I asked if there’s ANYTHING they can do to help me, which the lady said “no”. That’s seriously ridiculous. Doesn’t offer me anything in return. & of course I’m not going to sit there and complain until they take my dog because God only knows the kind of treatment they’ll give him after I complain. Definitely not a way to conduct business.
When I mess up at my job, I always compensate my clients. But that’s just me I guess. This isn’t the first time they do something in the 5 years I’ve been taking my pets there. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere. This was the last straw.

Arrived 15 minutes early for my 12:30 dog grooming. Was told to wait in the store and they would call me over the intercom when ready. At about 12:45 still no call over the intercom for my 12:30 appointment I went back in to check my dog in. After they accepted five other animals in front of me. My dog was becoming anxious and stressed when the young lady took off his collar he made a Run for the parking lot. After retrieving my dog decided to cancel our appointment leave because I can't trust the individuals in The Grooming area PetSmart take care of my dog in my absence. I will never be using that PetSmart grooming ever again.

I will never never go to this PetSmart again I had an appointment for my dog to get groomed and I told this lady Carolyn that my dog had a little matting on his ears and could they cut them down a little more and she denied me serviced because of the matting on his ears she said that it was a company policy and that is not true at all. I have a friend that took her dog to the PetSmart in Chesapeake Square Mall and he was matted all over his body including his ears and they still groomed him.

We just brought our dogs in for a touch up grooming. First off, it is supposed to be a walk in service and they never say yes when you walk in. I made an appointment to come in today and they seemed irritated I was there, rushed and rude. My small dog gets nervous at the groomer and they were rough with her and pulling her neck on the leash when I specifically told them she was anxious and would need to be picked up. When I got her back they said I would just have to deal with the nails and face trim they were able to do because she was “squirmy”. (My dog gets a full groom every 3 months and is just fine) I went to give them a tip and was rudely asked if I was trying to pay in the grooming no salon. I said no I’m trying to get a tip out and the response was just “oh” no thank you or sorry for the rude remark and tone. I’m also disappointed that neither of my dog’s nails even feel cut so I paid for a service that was not preformed correctly if at all. Needless to say I will not be bringing my dogs back to this location.

I will NEVER take my dog here EVER AGAIN! My favorite groomer moved to Florida not long ago, and since then, the rest of the groomers SUCK! Carol’s attitude sucked and so did many of the other Caucasian groomers. Not sure if it was because my family is Black, but their attitudes were VERY nasty. They would’ve gotten a good tip if they weren’t racist and didn’t have such a lack-of-energy. I’m never shopping at this Trailer Park again.

I’ve been taking my dog since she was a puppy to petsmart for grooming and over the years, service has declined. Today we paid $160 for a haircut where they weren’t able to cut her front half stating she was nipping, which is very unlike her. So she came home half groomed. Very upset at the service and amount of money spent. We will no longer be giving our service to petsmart grooming.

Made an appointment for my dog and the groomer couldn't groom mt dod during to some mats on his ears. I went to the vet and had the ears shaved. Made another appointment and was told that they can't groom him due mats on this chest. Wasted my time here 2 times. Alyssa the store manager could not explain why we couldn't know about his chest when the ears were done. Don't waste your time at this petsmart. They are having a lot of staff turn over and you don't know what you're getting and I love my dog too much for their nonsense.
