He came in a good timely matter, had a good positive attitude, he stepped in and immediately knew what he had to do and got it done in a timely matter. “Kalob, saved my rest of the knight. After waiting over 4 hours, sitting in a car, for tow truck assigned by my insurance, I requested switch tow company and insurance agent did that. Kalob came in less than a half an hour, and saved me from spending all knight in a car. He was very professional and good road companion. I very appreciate that despite his end of the work time he decided to take my order and saved my knight.”
“I broke down on a Sunday evening and called Blair's. They were really nice and got out to me quickly and their time estimates didn't leave me hanging. The tow truck driver was great. Her name was Kellie. She definitely knows what she's doing and was really efficient and extra helpful. She turned what could have been a bad night into a much less stressful experience. “Brought my truck to this location to have an alignment done specifically to recenter the steering wheel, which I was told they could do on the phone. Scheduled a month and a half out because they are busy but heard they are the best. Arrived on my appointment dropped my truck off waited an hour and was told that the alignment was good to go. However, the steering wheel couldn’t be fixed and that it would be an additional charge to remove the steering wheel from the column and resent it with the truck… I explained my frustration regarding this as it was the whole reason I came… Nonetheless, they ended up not charging me and apologized for the inconvenience… So I told them I’ll see them again real soon anyway.

“I live an hour away from Chesapeake and was running errands in Chesapeake, alone with my two small children on a day that temperatures hit around 88°F. After returning to my car after running errands with my children, I went to turn my car on just to be surprised with a dead battery. I searched roadside assistance near me and actually called the top rated towing company in the area first and was greeted via telephone with a rude associate who told me they were busy and he’d give me a call back later. (He never did). So knowing I couldn’t just wait on a potential call back while alone with my kids, stranded an hour away with my two children, I called this company. They answered immediately and were so nice. I was immediately given a price and after giving my location, I was told it could be around 30-40 minutes. I said okay and took my children back inside the store to wait. Less than 30 minutes later, I was called and told they were already here. Not only was my battery jumped successfully in less than 60 seconds, I had mentioned to the employee that my phone was only on 10% and he ran to his truck and brought back multiple phone chargers to offer me. He was so nice! He didn’t have a card reader and I wasn’t carrying cash so I had to call the business to give them my card info and they were quick and so polite. I told them on the phone after I paid that I lived an hour away and was worried about having to get gas before arriving home and having to shut my car off to actually get gas. I was concerned my battery might die again if I had to shut it off and the associate (possibly the owner? I’m not sure, regardless he was nice) told me that if I had any issues, to just call them back and he’d take care of me! I 10/10 recommend and am so thankful for their business!Service: Battery”
