“If I could rate this place 10 stars I would!!! Excellent and efficient service!! I get scared to go to auto shops as a girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars but Jamie and his staff made me feel so comfortable. He fixed my brakes and rotors for a price that didn’t break the bank!!! I am so grateful!!”

“When you’re stranded on a Friday, 25 miles and 45 minutes from your regular shop, this is the company you want to pick up the phone. Prompt, professional, and proficient. Instead of waiting all day for some random tow company just to show up, I got to enjoy a pleasant conversation as he towed my truck back home. I could not be more impressed. If I need a tow in Hampton Roads again (God forbid), he will be my first call!”

“I used to work with multiple tow companies, and it was a complete nightmare. The cars would often get damaged, and dealing with them was extremely challenging. However, these guys have completely changed my perspective with their excellent work. Wishing them the best of luck.”

“First class professional service from the friendly knowledgeable young lady who answered the phone to the time Mark had my truck on his rollback. This was a very difficult situation. Six other local companies refused to even try to help me. Mark made it look like child’s play. If Metro serves the area you’re in you would be making a mistake to call anyone else! Rate was more than fair and I can’t say enough about the service. Unfortunately it’s rare anymore to experience this level of professionalism from start to finish in any situation. Thanks Metro!! My towing company for life!!!”

“I drive a 24’ long, 12’ high, 10,000 pound class C RV. Affordable Towing was a God-send! I’m traveling in Virginia and my RV is my home and contains nearly everything I own. I had some mechanical issues on Saturday, and needed a tow. I worked with triple A (RV plus) back and forth for 2.5 days. They started to send 2 different companies that don’t even tow RVs. I gave up with them and tried to work through my insurance company. They also couldn’t find anyone. I called Affordable’s RV division and they were knowledgeable, kind, and set up the tow. Alex showed up as scheduled, gave me a paper and electronic receipt, went over everything with me and then sent me a picture of it when he dropped my “Joy” at the dealership. I highly, highly recommend them. They’re “affordable” while being First Class!”
