They were friendly. I didn't like that my label for the return couldn't be printed and already needed to be in the bag.. I was told this is the policy for this location. Although they couldn't help me they did recommend a other location close by that could. That location close early on Saturday

Very convenient. The staff is always courteous and quick. This is my preferred UPS location.
