“I recently had the pleasure of visiting FedEx for printing assistance, and I wanted to share my experience. As someone who is not well-versed in printing images, I found myself needing help. My mother and I arrived about an hour before closing time and sought assistance from Derek. Despite my lack of preparation, he was incredibly patient, kind, and eager to assist me throughout the process.
Realizing I underestimated the scope of my project, I returned the next day to print additional images, this time better organized. I was warmly greeted by Alyesha, who was equally kind and more than willing to help me with my needs.

“I offered to help my daughter-in-law with her Amazon returns because she had an abundance of returns (15!) from trying to find swimsuits that would work for her daughter as well as outfits she had ordered to wear to an upcoming wedding. The store was busy when I arrived but there were two female associates actively working the counters. After waiting a few minutes, Orchid politely called me to her counter. I explained to her how many returns I had and she was happy to help. All of the items were clothing items. Many of the fabrics in the individual bags looked similar but she was exceedingly patient as we went through the returns listed on my phone and found the correct products. Orchid never seemed rushed and continued working diligently until we had located each of the 15 return items. She definitely deserves a positive callout for all the time and patience invested!”
