Julio was very helpful to my husband and I. We came into the store to get new phones. Julio helped us with everything. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained everything to us and we really appreciated everything he did. We are in our eighties and he was so patient and very friendly. He has to be an incredible employee of Verizon. Cannot say enough good things about him. Great employee.

I go to this store All the time. I absolutely love Julio is the Best!!!!! He's fast and efficient. Wouldn't wanna go on the store if he's not working. He's Great and Good employees need to be recognized.

Every time I go to this Verizon store it has been the best customer service ever. They are best because they know the business, and they are kind and super helpful with any questions. And they have answers to questions I didn't even know I needed. Give these people a pay rise please.
