Hate going there, most employees are smart aleks that I deal with and act like you're an idiot for not knowing something to where you don't want to ask questions.I left Verizon because of that storeAnd lack of customer service.Only for Verizon to buy the company I left them for and i have to deal with them again 4 years later with the same jerks.

My experience was great! I went in with a glitch of some sort in my phone hoping someone could just fix it. Lizzie & Sierra did all they could & spent quite a while with me trying to fix it. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to be fixed. I was then given several options by Lizzie. She helped me choose a new phone compatible to what I had before. It had to be ordered, so instead I choose one I could leave with that day. After I got it home, I hated it. I called Lizzie & she told me no problem, she placed the order for my original choice & told me to bring it back when I picked up the new phone just 2 days later. Lizzie got me all set up with the new phone & the return process of the other phone was easy. I feel like she went above & beyond regular customer service helping me. I never felt any pressure to make my purchase. Instead, it was like buying something from a friend. I definitely recommend Lizzie, Sierra & Maddy if you want excellent customer service!!?

Right now it's Monday afternoon at 5:00pm. Just left the store. Along with 4 other people!! who came to this store for service - two young mothers both returning equipment before soccer and football practices, another man there to discuss a bill, and me with a new phone activation. I know this because the girl with black hair and red bangs working behind the desk there asked everyone what their respective business was for today.. and we each answered aloud. She then declared "after these next two people.." pointing to the woman she was then helping and an elderly couple sitting in the chairs just before her.. she goes.."After these next two people... I'm going on lunch!!I'm locking the door...!!I don't care...I've been at this all day!!"And then poof.. we all remaining left. Ridiculously unsatisfied. Unhelped.. actually dismissed.AT 5:00 ON A MONDAY AFTERNOON???If you go here, and see that one with the red bangs through the window, do yourself a favor and do an about face and split.So much of our time was totally disregarded.She's probably smoking a cigarette out back by now. SMHWHOEVER MANAGES THIS PLACE NEEDS TO WAKE UP.
