It is convenient to all stores, restaurants, and bars, with many places within walking distance or a short drive. The property is good for walking exercise. Experiences with the rooms vary. Some guests find them clean and fresh daily, with clean sheets, fresh towels, and plenty of hot water. The furniture is a little outdated and the bathroom needs upgrading. Other reports mention significant problems with roaches, water bugs, and dusty towels. The microwave works, but the mini fridge is so-so. The on-site management is supportive and very helpful, with good service at the front desk. The cleaning crew is awesome, though there are calls for upper management to better support them in keeping the property clear of all debris and trash. Safety is addressed with cameras and police available. Solicitation, drugs, and prostitution are not tolerated. The property is seen as moving in a positive direction and is a decent place to stay for a night or longer, especially for those needing a fresh start. While some advise going elsewhere, others recommend it for those who are not a primadonna and would stay again.
