“This is the nicest NGIS I’ve ever stayed at.
It’s important to note that I am in the main building, which apparently is the nicest one. I’ve heard the additional buildings have rooms that are not quite as updated and do not have kitchens. If you can get a room in the main building, I would highly recommend.
There is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, and stocked with what you need to cook and eat. There is a living room and a bedroom, each with a TV and closets for storage.”

“The hotel was quiet for the most part I didn’t partake in the breakfast or the pool but for what I seen it was good. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. Front desk was friendly and helpful.”
“The cleaning crew are awesome in keeping the rooms clean & fresh.As well as keeping the yard & ground clean.It would help if upper management would support the cleaning crew in keeping this property clean and clear of all debris.On site property manager and wife are supportive and very helpful.Solicitation, drugs and prostitution are not tolerated on this property i have noticed.I would like to think that the property is moving in a positive direction from old to new. I urge upper management to get on board with the cleaning crew and on-site management in keeping this property clear and clean of any trash or debris? This property is a awesome location for Chesapeake Va.

“Beautiful hotel but some of the smaller details that make a hotel great weren't there. Sticky doors, for example, that don't open and close properly. Over priced food that isn't seasoned. Even something a simple as wings: fried well, no seasoning. Fries? Crispy, no salt. Nuances that can be annoying, especially when stacked inside the same hotel stay.
Nice staff though.”

“I remember staying here after losing my mom and the landlord wanted us out from August 2024 to December 2024. My wife was pregnant with our second child. I thought I wrote a review but I see I didn’t . Man Alexus was the most patient, sweetest, kindest manager that i ever met and made our stay the most comfortable it could be in a one room hotel could be. Some times when making payments she would offer us food when they would order. Never hassled my family, always gave us fresh sheets, towels and shower curtains. Let us know ahead of time about when exterminators were arriving. She really looked out in our time of need and I can definitely see the difference amongst other intown suites. The only downside which the manager didn’t have control over, is the special discounts throughout the year. I was already a guest when a $100 discount was happening and couldn’t change rooms. I would advise if your struggling financially need a place to rest your head, then this is the intown suites that I would 100% suggest just over the manager alone. She was never rude with me and always made me feel like person and never feel like I was scum of the earth. Thank you Alexus My family and I appreciate you so much!”
