These boys keep the customer service on a 1000 do more than most and will go above and beyond to help and accommodate anything they can to make your experience and shopping for the right part with with no stress and helpful arms and hands to give you anything you need without asking sometimes they help me with my batteries and also upgraded and went beyond for me great crew Lauren and customer service is on point

Told me they didn't have a code testing machine (they'll sell you 8 different types of them them though!). Not helpful. Go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's just next door.

My battery died on me nearby, so I stopped in to have it checked. After checking it out for me, the agent informed me that it had a dead cell and that I needed a new battery. After my having purchased a new one, he installed it in my car for me and ensured that my car was properly charged. Great customer service and great conversation while doing so

Super nice and knowledgeable staff. By far the best auto parts store in Chester. Prices are average as is the cleanliness of the store. The management seems to be pretty good as most of the staff have been there for years.

About two years ago in August, my vehicle was hit by one of your employees in the employees vehicle provided by advance. I tried for months and months to get ahold of corporate cause the general manager said there's nothing he can do to help and my car still has not been fixed. I came from out of town to visit(3 hours distance) and I needed to get an idler pulley that started to go out during my travels. I called another place that provided me with odd quotes on the part and different part styles, i.e. stating one has hardware and the other doesn't. Seriously, it's a pulley. The whole process of buying a pulley seemed complicated. Thankfully Roger, from Advanced Auto Parts, was able to assist and made the process easy and even asked a question the other place didn't which was, "Is the pulley smooth or grooved?" Wow, that was a smart question! Thanks for helping me Roger on getting the part I needed and not making it complicated. Asking me the right questions so I wouldn't worry about having to return it. And I also appreciate the reference to using Polo's as the mechanic to fix it. It was the second reference for that location and everything went smooth and I got home safely. Thanks a bunch! *smile

Stopped by to buy a new battery. Emory changed it out for me quickly and did a great job; he even cleaned up the terminals that were covered in corrosion from the old battery. The process was fast and easy.
