My car overheated due to very low coolant- stopped by advance auto- greeted with a smile and a “hello may I have you?”. The gentleman offered his assistance gave eye contact was courteous was prompt and my purchase was a easy Peezy transition. I got what I came for and my car is happy and my pocket.
