Arnett's Family Store is a tiny, cozy convenience store and community shop tucked away in an older neighborhood. It is a little place to avoid the crowds, offering a wide variety of items from food and drinks to chargers and makeup. The owner and the ladies who work there are very friendly and kind to everyone. They make everything from scratch, with fresh meals cooked daily. The food is delicious, excellent, and home cooked, with huge portions. Menu items include huge sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, great biscuits and gravy, unbelievable thick and juicy fried pork chops, delicious meatloaf and goulash, fabulous mac and cheese, well-seasoned vegetables, and the best homemade banana pudding. The store also sells many homemade items. These include fresh eggs from their own chickens, fresh honey from their bees, and homemade candies, jams, and jellies. The business is known for its fair prices, and many people in the neighborhood trust and depend on it.

After seeing this store pop up in my Instagram feed . I needed to go see them. The bbq was excellent and the seasoned yellow squash was tasty as well and the vegetarian baked beans was scrumptious. I will be returning. Their homemade salsa is good too better than the grocery stores. A hidden gem for sure !

Such a cute little local family owned shop. The staff is always super friendly and they have such neat items in store at good prices. They also do events for the kids, they sell home cooked meals, and they rescue farm animals you can go see. You really can’t beat this place.
