“Outside of the guy who can’t handle stress when the Aldi app crashes and is rude to anyone speaking to him. Yea this is my favorite spot to shop. Sorry your API calls with instacart were lagging today but if you’re not capable of handling challenging situations without being rude to customers and the elderly - you probably shouldn’t be the one in charge of them. The manager in charge I spoke to was kind and explained their situation. The cashier is phenomenal and a total gem!”
“Easy to get in and out of, they have diesel and gas with ethanol. They have a lot of scams, fuel containers, DEF fluid, lighter fluid, charcoal outside. The attendant sits in a little both in the middle of you want to purchase something. Pumps are clean, fast and well maintained. Everything was working well and the pumps pumped quickly. Conveniently located by a Kroger in case you want to go grocery shopping. The Kroger is huge and sells clothes as well as food.”
“Isaiah is always sweet and helpful. I watched as he helped a new employee. He showed her what to say and offered to come help when he was finished. He a very kind person, matter how busy they are. He is a treasure to our community.”
“I work here so I may be biased but I love this location. My coworkers are awesome and almost always have a smile to go with their great customer service. Management is fair and friendly. Plus we have great deals in meat department.. DAILY as well as a well stocked produce dept. My only complaint is that they have discontinued my favorite milk and nothing else compares to Nature's Promise Organic grass fed whole milk. Please bring it back!”

“We came specifically for Ukrops cupcakes. They are our fave. The parking lot was busy & so was the store traffic. I was able to easily maneuver & get what I needed with little stress. I can't stand crowds. Lol. They had 3 flavors & we got all 3. The cupcakes are always moist and delicious. The staff were friendly and we were in and out in a flash. I definitely recommend this location.”

“We stopped to get Sushi we ended up shopping for about 30 minutes also we were supposed to be in and out. But I must say the sushi was terrific I have been to S. K. a few time's. The Kroger sushi was as good or better tonight bravo to the Chef's!”

“So, they were super dependable. They went through a period where my medications were somehow taken off automatically refilling. It was a booger getting refills for a time and not getting an immediate option to speak with a actual HUMAN on calls to pharmacy is a pain. But I feel like they are recovering from whatever was going on. I have been with the same pharmacist for years and I trust her and Kroger. I work for another store and still come here. ?”

“I was on the phone with my girlfriend and they didn’t have what we wanted, she asked JENNIFER at store #520, (in Chester, Virginia ) she was EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. I was SO IMPRESSED with her attentiveness being that they ALL were out, with the exception of a ROTTEN ONE! She MADE SURE that were taken CARE OF, giving us the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that IVE EXPERIENCED in A LONNNGGG TIME! Her Supervisor Shirlene was the BEST ALSO! It’s people like this that KEEP customers COMING BACK, ESPECIALLY during these hard TIMES! This will be a FOREVER store FOR ME! More companies SHOULD TRAIN and/or HIRE people that are SWEET AND COMPASSIONATE as these TWO! Thanks to you all ESPECIALLY To JENNIFER and SHIRLENE!
