From the moment I walked in the store today Holly the store manager seemed to be annoyed. I presented her with the company I work for FedEx account number. I explained to her that we had ordered more supplies, but I needed some envelopes to get me through until my order arrived. She then informed me that her store didn’t have a large supply and in could only have three. I asked if I could get an extra one because I knew I had four important items that needed to be shipped on Monday. She eventually gave me four reluctantly. My issue from the start was her attitude with me and acting as if she was annoyed. Second as store manager why isn’t her store stocked appropriately with envelopes? That is a representation of her managing the store. It’s all FedEx. My company shipping items helps the bottom line of FedEx. She needs to remember that especially when there are competitors literally across the parking lot that would be grateful to have our business. She really needs to work on attitude and customer service skills as a manager. I will not visit her location anymore and I will make sure I tell others about her. I also will tell my company we should possibly looking into another company for our shipping needs.

Been to this location a couple times and eww yuck this time was the worse. Did a return and A Caucasian heavyset lady no hello. No smile no can i help you but chastising me on the box the item was packaged in and it was the box i recieved and how it was packaged. She expressed her feelings severely on how i retaped the item for return. Well i can retape it if you would like but she had an attitude. I left feeling a certain way but had to express on here. She really needs to find something new if she is not happy with the job. Next time ill be sure to package an item alot better next time but hope i dont run into her again.. i never been chastised by any other parcel rep about how i taped a box. Normally they are satisified or add more tape with no problem... smh

Holly is very rude. Never smiles. Acts like it is such an inconvenience to answer a question or help in general. Everyone has a bad day, but this is every time I come in. The UPS store that is near there is so different. They greet you when you come in and have smiles on their faces.

Terrible customer service. Won’t take a return with the label provided. As you can see by the other reviews, always ship UPS when you can. Does make any sense.

Went there on May 27, 2025, the Caucasian women, she may be the manager, comes across loud and somewhat passive/aggressive. The 2 times I have encountered her she has been on the aggressive side. I swear, she seems to get a pleasure out of being contrary to whatever I asked. Fedex envelope I dropped off and paid for, (I usually send loan documents) I asked if she would place a piece of tape on the opening to reinforce it during handling. She proceeds to examine the envelope and to tell me it's sealed ok and will not come open unless it's intentional. No customer service skills at all. I will avoid her in the future.

Came in to try to print some documents. The lady with the tattoos was a little overweight had an attitude trying to tell me I couldn’t get a friend because it protected you well it wasn’t a protect view and even if it was, I should’ve had to enable it. The fact that I had to redo it three times shows the training that she has and the fact that after I showed her, she charged me an extra charge shows we all have back here. Charge will be posted on Facebook for embarrassment. It will stay on Facebook until the employee is removed for good. I’m all about honesty that goes a long ways. Wasted 20 mins of my time that cost y’all over time.

The employees here lack personability, smiles and general customer service. Every time I've come here, the Caucasian lady (I don't know her name) is like a robot and lectures me about something. It's always something. I've been taking my business to UPS and USPS.

This location refused to ship my package unless I presented a driver’s license or passport. They said my federally issued ID card wasn’t acceptable (DoD ID). Walked across the street to UPS and they were kind, fast, and easy. Will be using UPS in the future - the experience with UPS was far superior!

If I see that a mother comes in my workplace struggling with 2 boxes full of returns plus a toddler my motherly instincts automatically kick in to try and help her. Two ladies behind the desk have no manners and they failed completely. There's an older lady that works there that is completely opposite of those two and goes out of her way to do her job.

I went in to do a ton of printing which was a little complicated and Holly was amazing. She took so much time to help me get everything right. I even tried contacting fedex directly to let them know how wonderful she was but couldn’t get an agent to assist. Wish the headquarters was as helpful was their staff member Holly at this location.

i went into a location on Jefferson Davis on 7/22/2024 at 240pm and when I walked in Noone would even look up to greet me was the first problem. i walked to the self printable location to print and was having problems and the lady working seen me struggling and would not even offer her assistance at all. She would not even look at me. Finally I asked for help. She looked at me and would not open her mouth or look pleasant at all so I said never mind. I tried a few more times with Noone offering to help while she spoke on going to lunch. The employees are usually pretty helpful when I visit but today was not a pleasant experience at all! i will never go back to that location again!

Confused why the address on my receipt has Petersburg as the city. A bit pricey for the size and weight of my package but professionalism was definitely appreciated

Went in to return an item from Wal-Mart that had been shipped to me vacuum sealed. Customer service was very lacking. Wasn't greeted at all and clerk looked annoyed to help me.
Also, clerk insisted I needed to pay 14 dollars for a box even though the agent I spoke to on the phone told me it wasn't necessary. When I let him know that, his response was "Who told you that??" with a rude look on his face.
I wound up leaving and heading to Wal-Mart to sort it all out.
Never again.

Went to Chester Fed Ex office location to fax a document, and could not due to error of machine. The customer service of the employee was unacceptable as well and this location did not have a manager to speak to. Very disappointing and will not be backto this specific location.
