Went to Chester Fed Ex office location to fax a document, and could not due to error of machine. The customer service of the employee was unacceptable as well and this location did not have a manager to speak to. Very disappointing and will not be backto this specific location.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Tamlyn at the FedEx office in Chester, Virginia, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Tamlyn provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to assist me & multiple customers with their needs needs. Her, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly made a difference even though her co-coworker (Reece) was demeaning, belittling, rude, & tasteless actions and attitude towards her. She took the time to understand with everyone she worked with requirements and ensured that everything was done to the best of her ability. I was impressed by her focus and efficiency throughout the process to assist customers without being distracted by Reece’s treatment. Tamlyn's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I highly recommend her for anyone seeking assistance at the FedEx office in Chester. Thank you, Tamlyn, for for setting the standard of excellent service in a challenging environment.!

Unprofessional. One gentleman with an accent stares at me rudely when I come and go but no may I help you hi or anything. I used the wrong printer and he got me going on the right printer but joked about me to a customer right in front of me with the customer tee hee heeing! Thanks! Please work elsewhere if you can't treat everyone the same...nicely. I may not be his preferred customer but I'm still a customer. I finally bought my own printer so I never have to go in there except to make returns if forced by the return process of something I bought.

This is the worst FedEx store around, you cannot connect to a live person. If you don't have a tracking number the automated system will hang-up on you and tell you to call back when you have the items ready. Bull Skates

Went in yesterday to do some printing. Normally the staff is pleasant and will help. We walked in and the early staff man ( he as an accent) that was there didn’t greet us and seem like he had and attitude because I asked him a simple question about the printer machine. Didn’t offer to help turned his back on us and stood there with his arms folded. He was alone when we first got there a little after 9am. Hire more pleasant staff he needs to be in a warehouse where he don’t have to deal with people with that’s attitude he has. I miss the old staff! Another customer walked in and he asked him if he needed help! Hmmm

11/23/22"Palmer" refused my package with a printed FedEx label because it had a "G" on it. He explained, "we aren't supposed to accept labels with 'G' on it." I asked him where I was supposed to take it and he said he didn't know but offered to "google it" for me. He then told me I would have to drive all the way to Ashland, Virginia to drop it off... Instead, I took it to the Walgreens, just down the road, that had a FedEx pick-up and drop-off AND friendly customer service. Walgreens took it without issue and now I have a confirmation receipt I can show to Samsung for my trade-in. Cheers to Palmer though for following corporate policy and offering to "Google it," I guess.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Horrible customer service, came here to fax paperwork and machine kept giving error code ask for assistance. The lady came over and acted like I was doing something wrong. She tried still gave error code. Then she wanted me to make a copy of the original document to fax it and I said So I’m going to pay for a copy just to be able to fax it? She got attitude and walked away. Will not be using this location. She was assisting a elderly gentleman when I arrived he wasn’t grasping what she was saying. After he left they were talking badly about the customer. Need to retrain employees at this store.

They should get no stars, but of course I had to put one to write my review! And this is the worst FedEx location I have ever been to. I was treated very rudely by an employer there not only that he refused to assist me on different FedEx locations telling me the only FedEx location was in Ashland. Thank God for Google because of course the Walgreens right down the road had a FedEx drop off. Worst service I’ve ever seen. May want to consider to hiring people who actually have customer service skills unlike gentleman who assisted me tonight on march 17, 2022. You will be definitely losing my business And I will do my part to let the community know how unprofessional this location is.

Great customer service!!! I needed to place a rush order from Chicago and they were simply amazing. With great follow through and communication. Very professional. The manager Lemmont went above and beyond!!!

Attempted to send back a futon mattress, double wrap with plastic I purchased, but refused return because not in box, which it didn’t come in when I received. Ok no problem, I’m more irritated by the large gentleman that saw my husband standing at the door before I even came inside and then continued to stare with us waiting for no reason, before he bothered to say anything.And the first words out of his mouth are, are you shipping that. Ummm for what other reason would I be bringing a wrapped cushion into a shipping store. For you to take a nap later? ??♀️

The associate with twists and salt/pepper beard is not as cordial towards men as he is the ladies. Last 2 times I dropped off package there was no "hi" or "thank you" to me, not so with the female customers. I will go to the Petersburg location from now on. Just asking for simple courtesy.

Very poor customer service. The guy working there with the Salt and Pepper beard and small twist hairs as very unprofessional. Would not take my item tried to force to buy boxes that didn’t need. My item was wrapped the way it was sent to me. Got loud with me with other customers in the store. He need more training when working with the public. I took my item to another location with out any problems. It’s a shame I had find another location in the pouring rain.

Needed something laminated, was told it would be about an hour, came back 3 hours later and they still had not started. Took it somewhere else and got it done in 10 mins.
