  I'm almost positive that some of these drivers are stealing or throwing away packages. I've had a package that is two weeks late at this location with the driver scanning my package as out for delivery and then within a minute on tracking saying delivery attempted even though I live two hours away.   Two packages are currently lost at this location with no updates except they arrived there and they are delayed. I am only 30 minutes away and there is no way to go there and pick them up. These were very expensive items and I am unsure how I will get them. I am filing a complaint for fraud with the Better Business Bureau

  Been waiting a whole month nothing has been delivered they told me to open a case with Best Buy & still after weeks of no response no nothing I legit lost 1k hoping I’ll get my laptop I really need for work & now I have to spend another 1k for a laptop that I really need at the moment for work
