Great customer service provided by store manager, Chris. Explained all options very clearly and thoroughly allowing me to make an informed decision on my service. My vehicle was completed and ready as promised. Paid for service and out the door without issue. Great experience all around.

My original service was great and I was able to purchase really good tires at a good price. However, with my purchase, it was supposed to include tire rotations, and a few other things I have since made 22 to 3 follow up appointments to have my new tires rotated at their schedule times And my appointments have been pre-scheduled days in advance . Each time I have come in at my scheduled time expecting to be able to pull in and get the tires rotated even with common expectation that they might be running a few minutes behind both times. I am always told that the tire rotation will take over an hour before they can get to me so not too sure why you even bother scheduling people at times so now I have lost out on my second or third lunch break do you have my tires rotated when I’m just gonna go ahead and do it myself in the driveway

Been without my vehicle for nearly a week. It was misdiagnosed twice and repairs were delayed for 2 days after being told multiple times it would be ready the same day I dropped it off. I received no communication of the delays. After having my truck for 4 days I was then told it would be ready at noon, 3pm and my vehicle still isn’t ready. I was told it would be one price, when I arrived to pay it was $300 more than what I was told over the phone. Terrible experience and an incredible inconvenience, should’ve just gone to the dealer.
Update: I was emailed the invoice hours after I picked up my vehicle. Only to discover there were multiple parts that were “damaged during service” and needed to be replaced as well. There was no communication about any damage at any point, the manager Chris even called regarding my low survey and he still didn’t mention it.

Got a semi decent deal on some Firestone tires. Had a flat months later. Would not honor warranty. ALSO, come to find out, they switched my chrome lug nuts with standard lug nuts. WTH ??? This shop is under staffed and management is shifty. Beware

They got me in quickly, explained the assessment process and kept me updated. They are always courteous and helpful. Very knowledgeable, listen to my explanation of the problem, and have been very close on estimates.

Something punctured my tire on 95. They were the only place open so we swung in. They worked us into the schedule and had us back on the road with a new tire within 1.5 hours. Quick service and polite staff!

Kept the car the WHOLE DAY! Just to tell me that oil plugs are too haarrdd.
So now I've lost 2 days of work because I have to take my car elsewhere.

Honestly never had such a struggle at any firestone, my vehicle was in for a warranty diagnostic, I returned unable to get my car out due to the warranty guy sucking, yet all I asked the boss for was to get my paperwork out of my car. He told me yes at first but then proceeded to argue with me and told me to call chesterfield police, which I did and thankfully they recovered my paperwork from me. All I know is I'm never bringing any work here again when the own BOSS and MANAGER acts like a kid. Be careful apparently this guy gets grouchy after 3 lol.

Horrible customer service. The Manager Chris accused me of cursing at his employees when my mother and another customer were inside to witness. Very unprofessional to make these accusations and it shows they care very little for their paying customers.
They recently inspected my vehicle and I paid for a brake job for the rear. Now after their work my wheel shakes when trying to stop. This is an obvious safety issue as it increases the time to stop let alone the vehicle pulling in a different direction.They informed me my front rotors are now warped. Among a laundry list of other recommendations and issues (wheel bearing, tires) that were never mentioned to me a month ago as I would gave paid to have those fixed as well. The communication was non existent and these issues were never revealed to me until I brought it back in this past weekend.
Take your business and money elsewhere as they do not prioritize customer service and satisfaction and treat you as a blank check!
