“came on tuesday for a vet appointment -
firstly, the texted me letting me know they had an earlier opening to my appointment & offered it to me.i loved that.
I have a nervous/slightly unruly dog & was a little overwhelmed bringing her in.all the girls working the vet clinic were so nice & patient & got all my dogs stuff done quickly.
but the girl working the register...star of the show.i had to buy a muzzle for my dog before she came in, I bought the wrong size & sent my son up to see if I could exchange it, I think she saw I was overwhelmed & handled that whole process for me while I waited somewhere else in the store so my dog wasn't near other dogs.did the same when I checked out to pay the clinic bill.
so incredibly kind, patient & helpful.i wish I got her name but she was the younger girl with long blonde hair.

“I’m leaving this review specifically for Delainey, Imani, and Safiyyah. I’ve been going to this PetSmart for a very long time and have always had a great experience (less one recent experience with someone else a couple weeks ago, but I’m not going to let one person overshadow the excellent service I have otherwise gotten). Delainey, Imani, and Safiyyah have ALWAYS been so welcoming, sweet, and helpful. Safiyyah actually remembers my new cat’s name and asks about her (by name) whenever I see her working. All these ladies have proven they are invested in and dedicated to their customers and providing excellent customer service EVERY TIME. I can’t thank y’all enough; you ladies have renewed my faith that there are still some good, caring, and genuine people in this world. I’ve been dealing with the loss of my boy cat, as well as adjusting to a new kitten and things have been especially challenging with going through all of that. Thank you for being kind and compassionate and treating me like not only a valued customer, but also like a valued human being in general. Please keep up the great work!l”
