I ended up buying a 23' Tacoma Trail Edition over the weekend from Loyalty. I called to test drive a few options on their website and was pointed to SK to fulfill that request. I can't say enough great things about him as a professional and steward for what car salesmen should be. I never felt rushed working with him, and he was very knowledgeable on every feature in the models I was looking into. Personable and patient, SK really did make the experience great for my truck buying adventure. I couldn't be happier with the truck!

Sold me a 2017 Hyundai Tucson in 2020. With 2 years of payments left, and only 3 years of ownership, the engine died on 11-10-2023. After having it towed to their dealership, and after 3 years of having it meticulously maintained at Loyalty dealerships, they refuse to honor their "Loyalty for Life" warranty because our spark plugs weren't changed at our last visit, and was scheduled with our next oil change. Make it make sense! Then, they told us THEY didn't change our coolant at 60k miles, so they won't honor our warranty. When asked why we weren't informed of the fluids needing changed, and why the coolant wasn't changed, we were told verbatim "We don't have to tell you what needs serviced, you should know." I'm not a mechanic, which is why they service my vehicle, not me.The kicker: they greeted us with this refusal BEFORE EVER RUNNING DIAGNOSTICS on the vehicle. Immediate refusal before even looking at the car. We've given them over $25,000 the last 3 years. Don't make the same mistake. If they keep up their end of our contract, as I did mine, I'll gladly remove my review, cancel my complaint with the BBB and will not sue for damages from not properly servicing my car, lost wages and breach of contract. If they do not honor their warranty, the review will remain as a warning to others, as there is NO Loyalty to be found at this chain of dealerships.

I went to Loyalty Toyota to buy a vehicle and Guy Gordon helped me throughout the process. He was cordial, funny, hones, and professional. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased and answered all of my questions. He always had a little joke to say, which made the process much easier. I would defiantly recommend Loyalty Toyota to other people to buy a vehicle because of the people who work there and they put the customer first.

Waited three weeks for an appt with Stewart, I wasn't happy with it, however he did his job. There have been a lot of changes taking place at Toyota with people leaving. I am thankful for Stewart, he saw that my maintenance was completed. Keep up the good work Stewart. I rated them a 4 because of all the changes and new faces.

I called Loyalty just to ask a question about what they had before buying a car from another dealer. I was referred to Guy Gordon, who answered my questions and invited me in to see what was available. He worked with me through the decision and purchasing process and I have purchased the car I really wanted. After picking it up he went through all the new features so that I could "almost" understand them before driving. He is even helping us find a folder I left in the car. I would always recommend Loyalty to anyone looking for the best dealership. Maryann

I purchased this beautiful 2023 Toyota Highlander from Loyalty Toyota on Saturday and love love it. S. K. was my salesman. He kept me informed when the vehicle would be coming in. He was very helpful, pleasant and patient through the process. Damion in finance was exactly the same helpful, pleasant and patient. I would definitely recommend both to help with a purchase of a vehicle. Thanks again S.K. and Damion !!

This is the post/ad that I found posted in FREE STUFF ALERTS. It initially did not have "We provide financing". Which should not matter as the only price mentioned in the post/ad is free. The post/ad was removed. The "We provide financing" added, then reposted. As you see in the messages. There are others who will post in FREE STUFF ALERTS with NON-free items (which no one should). Those individuals put directly in the description "Not free-Prices in description". This vehicle was posted as a free car with the added information that Loyalty Toyota also will provide financing should one purchase a vehicle from said establishment. Not if this vehicle is purchased as it is offered free. I would Appreciate contact from Loyalty Toyota's Attorney on this matter. Thank You for your Time. Mr. Kim M, Facebook actually has nothing to do with this. Free Stuff Alerts is an APP. It is Independent of Facebook Sir. This vehicle was posted with no price other than FREE. The "We offer financing" simply is added information that if an individual decides to purchase a vehicle from Loyalty Toyota they can apply for said financing. I would Appreciate contact from the Attorneys for Loyalty Toyota Please and Thank You. My Apologies: if a post/ad is put in Market Place on Facebook as Free, it will indeed show up in Free Stuff Alerts. Once again: it is put up in a post/ad as a Free item and in the description explained that item/items is/are not Free with price/prices...

I do now understand why all the negative reviews. They do really have a Very bad and poor customer service they refused to do our 25k tire rotation under covered warranty because the car passed 25k mark which is I found unfair because the only reason we had to wait is because of the date of the appointment we had to book compared to day day of the service it was almost 20 days far fro the closest appointment and they don't really care their service guy I don't want to mention his name that was all he would do. Not to mention the long. Will never ever buy from those people again or recommend anyone to do so. Should try to be more lenient with your customers show a little more care about their experience. Every Customer is of importance not a mission to take their money.

The finance process was a smooth as I have ever experienced (I have purchased 10+ vehicles). I left feeling excited and comfortable with my purchase. Thanks to Jamie and his team!

I just bought my brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma from loyalty and I can say as a first time vehicle buyer they made the process so much easier. My sales consultant, S.K, was super helpful and answered all of my questions in regards to my truck. He would send me daily updates of where the truck was in the delivery process. I bought it a week ago and it has been the best vehicle I’ve ever had. I am very happy with my purchase and Damion in finance was very helpful on that part with payment options. I am very happy with the service at loyalty and I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go there!!

I went to loyalty Toyota for their loyalty program of the free oil changes and state inspection and I had seen a CR-V online that I liked. Last week I made an appointment Friday evening for Saturday morning and told them the car I wanted to look at. Came there Saturday morning at 9 am for my appointment and was told they were in a meeting until 9:15 am. Finally they got out of the meeting and someone was able to help us. Probably after about 45 mins of being there I was told the car that I asked about when I made the appointment and confirmed it was still available I was told had been sold a couple days ago. I had a couple other cars in mind that I wanted to look at but the first one I was not impressed with. I told my sales guy that I wanted to look at another and he was trying to talk me into the one I just told him I didn’t like and wasn’t comfortable with. Finally he pulls out a car that was way out of my price range but I looked at it but didn’t want to test drive it because it is not want I wanted. We then go back to the desk and talk some more and finally agrees to pull one of the other cars that I had wanted to see but when he comes back he says something to me about working him hard and making him pull out a lot of cars. It was only the 3rd car. I was getting more annoyed but didn’t leave. I looked at the car and took it for a test drive and really loved it so I decided to get it. The finance guy was great but a talker but he atleast made the experience a little better. We starting meeting with him at around 1:15. After over 4 hours of being their we we’re finally offered a drink. The financing took some time because he was selling the deal they have at the dealership for unlimited mileage car coverage and more. After we were done and everything was signed I went to look at what was supposed to be my newly cleaned car and it still had the empty chip bags and dog hair. I asked them to clean again and they did. We didn’t end up leaving till almost 5 pm which means we spent the whole day there from almost open to close. And come to find out they didn’t do very good of re-cleaning because the next day when I was installing my sons car seat I found more dog hair and food crumbs in the spot where the seat belt are and the cup holders in the back were dirty from Im guessing soda because when I cleaned out with lysol wipes they were black. I’m hoping I will have a better experience when I get my car serviced there. I like the loyalty deals they offer but was not impressed with the dealership service at all.
