There is no better way for a dealership to prove they offer exceptional customer experience than their making an effort to resolve a customer concern. Here is a case where the GM (Chad) took the time to reach out and assist with an issue around payment for a vehicle I sold to the dealership. It was a contentious conversation at first but we walked through what happened Chad was able to help resolve it. I am changing my review to consider the purchase of our new Atlas only and that experience was good aside from a vague and undocumented promise of window tinting which is on me for not documenting. The vehicle is great, thank you (particularly Chad) for making this right. We look forward to servicing our Atlas with Loyalty.
The matter was resolved directly to or satisfaction.

An Unforgettable, No-Pressure Car Buying Experience at Loyalty Volkswagen!
I recently completed a purchase at Loyalty Volkswagen, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience. It wasn't just a good transaction—it was truly the most amazing, no-pressure car purchasing journey I've ever had.
The exceptional service started immediately with our salesman, JB. JB is the definition of a professional. He was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions, and created an environment of trust from the first handshake. He listened intently to what we needed and helped us find the perfect vehicle without a single moment of stress or sales pressure. If you go to Loyalty VW, ask for JB; he will set a welcoming tone for your entire visit.
The seamless service continued with the management and finance team. Stepping into the final stages of a car purchase can often be the most daunting part, but the team here made it effortless. The management was friendly and accommodating, and the finance office was transparent, efficient, and quick. Every document was explained clearly, and they worked hard to ensure we were comfortable with the final details.
Loyalty Volkswagen truly lives up to its name. They don't just sell cars; they build lasting relationships through genuine, top-notch service. Thank you to JB and the entire staff of Loyalty Volkswagen for delivering a five-star experience! We are loyal customers for life.

Had a great experience with JB after originally only going in for servicing. A week and a half later I ended up trading in my car in for a newer version for relatively the same price as what I was paying before. The customer service from JB and Eric was wonderful and the entire process was very smooth. Thank you to JB for getting me in my dream car!

Show room was clean, vehicle selection was pretty good overall, but personally, not a fan of their sales team.
We went to their dealership a couple weeks ago, and looked at 3 vehicles. We decided on one which met our needs, and wanted to talk numbers. The most they would come down from their asking price was $500. They tried to get us to sign an agreement saying if they got us to a certain payment per month, we would buy that day. At first, they were not willing to even show us what our interest rate was after they ran our credit. They gave us a 'ballpark' monthly payment range (which was actually pretty far off).
They also wouldn't show us *how* they got to that monthly payment without us first signing the agreement. They literally wouldn't show the out the door breakdown before they wanted our signature. Very sketchy. The salesman finally got frustrated enough, and stormed off to the sales manager, asking them to provide the breakdown for us. The monthly cost came back much lower than their original estimate because we have good credit scores, and the interest rate was lower than their initial estimate.
I told them we weren't necessarily worried about the payment. It would be *nice* to be under a certain price point, but we wanted to make sure the overall price was a decent deal.
I brought up similar comparable vehicles for sale in the area, for about 1000-3000 less than their asking price. They still didn't want to budge.
I told them we would do more research, and we weren't ready to purchase the vehicle that day at that price. We asked them to give us a call if they decided to lower the price any more. They agreed, and we parted ways for the evening.
They also forgot to give us our keys back for the trade in appraisal. We brought both sets of keys because we were ready to make a deal that day if the numbers were right. We had to drive back another day to get our second key back, since they forgot to give them back when they gave us the trade in appraisal paper for some reason... Of course, we were flustered about the whole interaction, so we didn't remember to grab them either, so I guess that's 50/50 on who's at fault.
A few days later, we noticed the price of the vehicle dropped $1000 on their website. We wanted to be just a little more off than this, but this was a good sign/starting point. They still did not call us to see if we were still interested, or if we could work on a deal with their new asking price. At this point, I tossed in the towel, and gave up on the dealership and their sales service...
I feel like they simply didn't like us for some reason, and didn't want to work with us on a deal. I don't recall doing anything that would have agitated them, other than simply asking for out the door figures, and a slightly better price.
My parents purchased a vehicle through them a little over a year ago, and had quite a bit more taken off the price than what we were asking for with our deal. Markets change, I get it, but the whole interaction, plus price drop shortly after we tried making our deal work was just a very strange situation.
We will likely no longer be considering Loyalty an option for our car purchasing needs going forward.
Hopefully everyone else has a better experience if you're purchasing a vehicle through them.

I recently purchased a 2025 VW Atlas SELPremium R-Line in Chester VA, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jeffrey (JB) was outstanding and his professionalism, product knowledge, and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely comfortable, as this was the best car purchase experience of my life. A big thank you as well to Dylan in finance for making the closing process in the back office quick and hassle-free. The transparency and respect shown throughout the transaction were top notch. As a retired military member, I truly value integrity and great customer service, and JB and Dylan delivered exactly that. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend that you stop in and ask for JB. V/r J. Richard.

It was a pleasure having Kailynn as our sales person. She was kind & helpful. Showed multiple options that she looked at before we came in that she thought would be fit for me. She made sure before we left it was a car that I LOVE that was going home with me. Thank you!

I absolutely enjoyed my overall car buying experience at Loyalty Volkswagen. I worked with Greg G. as my salesman. He did amazing at locating/purchasing a car without feeling pressured. He was a down to earth and very relatable car salesman. He made the car buying experience feel like I was shopping with a relative/close friend. I told him my car situation with owning a high mileage vehicle and owing more than it was worth. He was able to talk me into purchasing a 2025 VW Atlas and explained how it would financial benefit me. Again I didnt feel pressured he explained everything to me and discussed lower interest rates and it offsetting the negative equity. We worked with the store manager and they came through on the numbers as well. Additionally, Dylan C in financing was great as well. He was able to find us another bank with a better rates and incentives. Dulan also recommended dofferent insurance proframs and how to save more money. To top off the deal Greg even called me 3 days after purchasing the car to follow up and to ensure i was happy with my purchase and as an opportunity for me to ask any question about the car. If you need a vehicle I would recommend everyone to work with Greg C and Dylan C. Thank you Loyalty VW..

The experience was great! Our salesperson, Brandon Delano, was the best! He not only had good knowledge of the cars, but also tried hard to find the right SUV for our family. You could tell that he was very honest, and was going to treat us fairly. We bought a beautiful 2021 VW Atlas, and are very pleased. You can buy a new or used car anywhere; but at Loyalty VW, we were treated with respect and kindness. I already knew that their service dept. was top-notch because I had extensive repairs done on another VW about 3 years ago. We are so glad that we were able to work with Brandon on this purchase.
