I recently ran into a situation that I did not have the skill set, no matter how easy they make it appear on YouTube. Mike first was very kind and thorough in looking over what I had and explaining what he was going to do in putting my dream pc together. I have been to other places and in many cases they lacked the expertise and the problem was not addressed but simply to reinstall Windows. That was the past as I have found who is at an expert knowledge when it comes to building PCs, but also is patient and kind. Oh the prices are fair. I have a beautiful system now, yes maybe to powerful for what I need (I'm not a gamer) but when I turn the power on I swear it purrs. Very happy of finding such a professional.”
