This is the WORST CVS EVER!!! Pharmacy doesn't close until 8pm but for some reason they have been closing way before 8pm. Why? This is the closest to me but I honestly can't take it anymore.

Never got inside, was closed at least 15 minutes early. (9.45pm, closes at 10pm on Sundays)
Doors were locked, lights were on inside.

I have been using this location for about 16 years. Recently service had been horrendous. The pharmacist is unprofessional and condescending. The new phone system needs lots of work. I was just released from the hospital and was told by the pharmacist that inner prior authorization for my pain medication and if I want to pay cash I have to drive up there to find out the price. I asked could she tell me and she refused unless I came in insisting it won’t take long.CVS you have to do better than this

Why would the pharmacy close at 6 if the store don’t close til 10. I have pneumonia and run the risk of it getting worst because I can’t pickup my prescription or get them transferred until tomorrow because yal wanna start closing early.

They are understaffed and overwhelmed always. They get a lot of angry customers because of this so you can imagine what it does to their mood/attitude. It's the closest pharmacy to me and every now and then I give the pharmacy another chance and am disappointed. My husband had surgery and they didn't fill his pain meds for over 24 hours. If you need something urgently, you wont get it. Owners need to hire more people. You're better off switching pharmacies otherwise you're screwed, they won't even answer the phones there.

The pharmacy staff are rude and always seem to have an attitude and when you ask questions it seems to bother them. I have transferred all my prescriptions to another location. I hope management evaluates the pharmacy staff and makes some changes.

My go to cvs for sure. Necer have no major issue with shopping or the pharmacy. All the workers I have interacted with have always been so nice and friendly and willing to help

Seems like this shop operates on a skeleton crew of one. Expect whatever you do here to take longer than expected. I recommend trying out a different location if you need a CVS.

Had to call the pharmacy regarding a savings coupon info on a medication that costs otherwise 1,500k a month; the person on the phone was super rude and dismissive, saying "they could not understand anything I was saying"...also, it was a medication for mental health stuff, so no trauma-informed care at all. Horrible.

Improvement is urgently needed in staffing; this is not the first time this has been obvious. My recent visit was not the first time I have been dissatisfied with CVS, but it was the worst episode. Family and friends, as well, have told me stories about their far less than satisfactory experiences with CVS and that they have either switched or will switch to a different pharmacy. The CVS staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but it took more than 2 hours of waiting in the store to receive my prescriptions. They were aware that I was in a great deal of pain. The wait was a real hardship, especially since I was promised it would take no longer than 45 minutes. After one hour had elapsed, I inquired about the progress and found that there had been no progress. I remained polite and pleasant, unlike several other customers who were quite vocal in expressing their frustration about their various plights. I hope the company will add staff to the pharmacy ASAP; the circumstances of their employment are wholly unfair to the employees.
