FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is located inside a Walmart in Hancock Village of Midlothian, VA. Customers describe the staff as super nice, helpful, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Employees go out of their way to assist, such as helping to fix a printing error. This excellent customer service encourages customers to return and continue using the business for copies and other shipping needs.
Every time I return something here, the store manager Trey is so friendly and professional. There are competitors around the area who literally look like they rolled out of bed before they came to work and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

The guy behind the counter at 11:45 on Wednesday 4/6 was super nice and helpful. If he’s any indication of the customer service of kinkos as a whole, I will continue to use them.
