“Great experience, super friendly staff! Jim and Jessica were fantastic and really took their time reviewing the different configurations to help us determine the best set up for our home. As a result we were able to find the perfect living room set! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they have an absolutely fabulous dining set that only comes in one color even though the signage includes other options- which is misleading, but that's obviously no fault of the store or it's employees - im just super sad I couldn't get the color I wanted.”

“We stopped at the Mattress Savvy booth at the Raleigh Home Show and spoke with Zane. We were already thinking about getting a split adjustable bed but hadn't narrowed anything down. Long story short, we bought a Tempur-pedic split King and entry-level adjustable base and a few accessories. Definitely not cheap but in line with everyone else and compared to other styles such as Sleep Number. My understanding was that the bed was to be delivered to us direct by Tempur-pedic. I got a call saying that our mattress was at the store and they would be delivering from the Richmond area to Raleigh. Our bases were out of stock so instead of having us wait for our bases to come in they gave us upgraded bases at the same price. Zane and his associate delivered and set up the bed and took away the old mattress. We like the Tempur-pedic after getting used to it and we definitely sleep better, but that's for another review. Our experience so far with Mattress Savvy has been good.”

“My husband and I went to several mattress stores and none had what we wanted. We decided to try Original Mattress Factory and we are so glad we did! The fact that the mattresses are made right there was a huge plus. Any time we can support this we are happy to do so! We bought an Ortho Plus Pillow top King and it is wonderful! It is so plush and comfortable. Thank you Original Mattress Factory for having “THE” mattress for us!”

“Shelby was professional, kind & considerate ❣️When I come to buy additional pieces I will be asking for Shelby to help us UPDATE - I’m so sorry I went to Ashley Furniture, we were told our living room and bedroom furniture, except night stands would be delivered 8/25/26 and the nightstands 2 weeks. We’ll it’s 9/17 and we still haven’t received bedroom furniture, when I called I was told 10/14/26 which to me was unacceptable I went to the store to pick out furniture that could be delivered sooner and because mirror was delivered they said I’d have to keep it. My husband walked out stating we had no choice I had plenty of choice words. Two nights ago I received a message your furniture is being delivered, I was thrilled but that was not the case they decided 2 weeks after we left store & me screaming to refund mirror & didn’t bother to tell me. I’m am now fighting to get my money back I don’t want to start this game they play all over again I recommend going elsewhere if you want furniture in a timely manner. I feel like they are holding me hostage. Horrible company”
