It is unreasonable to assume that one will never make a mistake, however the way that one handles a mistake says a lot. Yesterday I went into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change and it was a perfectly fine experience, I paid and left and everything was good. This morning I get a call and hear that they had forgotten to reinstall the skid plate and asked if I could return at my leisure and they would get it fixed for me, I showed up and in just a couple minutes everything was fixed and Anthony who helped me was very kind about the whole situation. Overall I had a good experience even with the mishap and that says a lot about a business.”

“10/10 valvoline service from Logan, pumped all my tires up and let me know what they were at before hand! He also showed me my oil level and let me know I’m not ready for a service yet seeing how I have a few more 1000 miles to go. Logan also explained how the oil level worked when I didn’t know. He also topped off my washer fluid on top of that letting me know I was low! 10/10 customer service from Logan!”

“I was coming in from a coupon I received. When I arrived, I was able to come in with no wait. The guys were so hospitable and friendly. They talked to me, not at me. The service didn’t take much time, I paid and left. They were walking me to my car and told me they could work on my headlights to clean them up. I said okay, I’ll come back and went up the street to the Walgreens. I went to get out the car and noticed my floors had been vacuumed. I checked my receipt and was pleased with everything that came with my service. I appreciated it so much I called them back and asked how long would it take for the headlight cleaning-and came back for more good service. They also have WiFi while you wait.”
