The gentlemen, Darius was the one who helped us at the desk. Pricey but it was worth it. “Appointment was made within a few days, and the process was easy. Their service was excellent and they checked the tire pressure in all of the tires. There did not appear to be much of a waiting room. The Allen Tire sign should be more prominent. The Goodyear sign is bigger. They have ample parking and will provide shuttle service within a reasonable radius. Personnel are professional and personable.”

“They were amazing, and their efficiency was excellent. I called on a Saturday and requested my truck to be serviced as soon as possible. They had given me several options and requested my availability to see which best suits me. Feeling thankful, I asked to be serviced that following Tuesday morning; when I arrived at the facility it was clean, neat, and very well structured, with plenty of parking for customers. The office staff were very patient and considerate of all attendees in their establishment, offering refreshments and even requesting our permission and feedback before purchasing any parts or doing any additional repairs or fixes to the vehicle. “Nobody looks forward to their transmission needing replaced, having repairs performed correctly and at a fair price can be a crapshoot. After reading reviews I chose Cottmans to replace the transmission in my 2016 GMC Sierra. The work was finished ahead of schedule. I did have to take my truck back the next week, not for transmission work but to have the a/c condenser replaced (I couldn't hear the transmission shift over my girlfriend complaining about the a/c not working), like the transmission work, a/c works like new. Every nut, bolt. and clip were reinstalled, you can tell the mechanic didn't rush through the job and take shortcuts. After about 2000 miles the transmission performs flawlessly as does the a/c. Only thing worse than your transmission going out would be having to go to battle with a shop that took your money and didn't stand behind their work. I feel blessed that I chose Cottmans and would definitely recommend them to anyone.Services: Transmission”

I was initially confused about how "conventional" oil was offered for my Ford Ecoboost engine when a synthetic blend is required per the owners manual. Michael took the time to show me their conventional oil for 5w30 is now referred to as Valvoline Daily Protection which includes synthetic oils and meets Ford's standards.”
