“Asked to have my passenger window motor replaced as it didn’t work properly in cold temperatures. The window was cleaned and lubricated and it now works perfectly. Appreciate that Wallace took the time to find out the simple and less expensive fix not just replace the window motor as I had requested. A lot of car shops would not have taken the time to determine a motor was not needed.”
“We've been taking our vehicles here for the last 6 years now and these guys are great! S&O is the kind of shop you can trust with your both wallet and your safety. Unexpected repair costs are never fun but when it comes down to it, S&O caught issues that the dealership missed even after we had given them direction on a potential problem. We really appreciate having an auto repair shop that's honest and knowledgeable.”

You just have to get around the parking situation, seems intimidating at first but they're clearing cars out as quick as they come in!”
“Came in around 8:45am to get oil change and state inspection. Originally I was going to drop my car off but asked the manager if they would be able to get it done before 9:30am. He said he would have to check the schedule and then said they could be done in about 45 minutes. Passed inspection but there were some other things wrong that they showed me, like the cabin and engine air filters needing to be changed, battery testing weak, and a nail in my tire that was causing it to lose pressure. They also stated all four tires would need to be replaced without really telling me anything else about why. Overall, fair price with coupon for full synthetic oil change, state inspect, rotation, engine and cabin air filter replacement.”

“Such a refreshing experience! I drive an Audi but live in chesterfield, so it’s wonderful to have an option for maintenance and repair close to home. The after hours drop off is safe and convenient. They called me just an hour after they opened and already ran a scan on my vehicle. They offered a straight forward, honest opinion on what needed to be done and gave me options without talking down to me. Highly recommend!”

“My experience started a bit rough because I waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time. However, once my car was taken in, the work was done efficiently. They replaced a leaking radiator hose and topped up coolant. The mechanic even ran the engine for a while to ensure there were no further leaks. It’s been a week and no overheating issues so far. I just wish scheduling was a bit tighter.”

“I meant to leave this review six months ago. Over the last 6/7 years I have had COTTMAN’s do many repairs on multiple vehicles for both my personal and my company vehicles. I’ve always been happy with their work and their prices are very good. I want to describe my experience on two repairs where the repairs didn’t go as planned
1. They rebuilt a transmission on my Ford expedition. A few months later unfortunately the rebuilt transmission started slipping. They honored their warranty and rebuilt the transmission again. Didn’t charge me a penny.The truck runs great
2. They replaced the rack and pinion steering on my GMC envoy. The new rack and pinion was defective from the manufacturer. They redid the work. Again didn’t charge me a penny. The truck drives great

“We've been working with Blaise at Anything Automotive for years, and he's consistently gone above and beyond. Most recently, he replaced a starter on our food truck that was just outside of warranty—waived the labor and gave it to us at his cost. You just don’t find many mechanics like that anymore.
Blaise is prompt, honest, and always finds a way to squeeze us in—even when we’ve had to tow the truck in overnight. He calls first thing the next morning with an update. It’s rare to find someone who takes this kind of care with commercial accounts. Highly recommend.”
