“Friendly, informative staff. Gave valuable advice about best ways to satisfy requirements in terms of locker size, lock quality, online discounts. Still very early in my rental, but if there was one thing that really surprised me it was learning that pedestrian doors leading to interior (indoor) lockers are not locked nor do they have keycodes. Seems an obvious and immediate thing to rectify. Since nobody is on the property overnight, I would worry that some crook could get into the building during the wee hours and really go to town with an angle grinder.”

If we all show up at 730 am on a Saturday, it's going to be busy. They'll get you through quickly.Here's a Pro Tip: get the app and use that to return the rental. That way you don't wait on staff and free them up for pick ups. You can also return after hours with the app. I use it exclusively to return. ** Make sure you have an account and use it to reserve in order for the return function to work on the app.”
“Less expensive than other rental truck places. This location really takes care of their trucks, and from what I could tell, the majority of their trucks are new. The pre- and post inspections were very thorough. The only thing I didn't like were the brakes. They seemed to need a little more pressure than I was comfortable with. But it is a box truck, not exactly my everyday transportation.”
