“This was easily the best customer service, and the cleanest and most technology equipped U-Haul I have ever driven! Had CarPlay! Mike was so helpful to work with.”

“This rental was seemless--I was able to make my request for the size truck I needed, was informed of the price online, and the in-person transaction took place within a few minutes. The gentleman was professional, provided the necessary information to me verbally as this was the first time I had rented a truck. The truck was in good condition and the tank was filled 3/4 full, which was sufficient for our day. Overall, it was a great transaction, and I would rent from them again if the need ever arises.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Dupont
5210 Rte 1, North Chesterfield VA 23234
“Had a fantastic experience with this crew! Ty went above and beyond reaching out and meeting my needs. The 20' truck ran like a top! I was quite impressed, very, smooth, extremely well kept. Also had a storage container that was immaculate upon my arrival with a new lock and keys at my disposal. I very much appreciate the attention to detail and the quick reactions as I had to change my plans a few times last minute, but nonetheless everything went smoothly. Could not have asked for a better experience! THANK YOU TY & CREW AT DUPONT UHAUL, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!??????? I WILL RETURN VERY SOON, NOT DONE YET!????”
