“I stopped by Extra Space Storage again after having rented from them in the past, and I’m glad I did. David was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He has a great personality, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Customer service like his makes a big difference, and it’s one of the reasons I chose to come back. The facility is well maintained, and David made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for storage. Thanks again, David, for the excellent service!”

Extra Space Storage
6208 Jahnke Rd, Richmond VA 23225
“This location is clean, convenient and safe. Sondra the property manager is very personable and truly goes the extra mile for her customers. Her professionalism and thoroughness is top tier! One important aspect to be aware of is that the rental rate increases- it WILL go up significantly after about 3 months. If you can pay up in advance it will work in your favor. But overall a positive experience.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Chippenham
6101 Midlothian Tpke, Richmond VA 23225
“Hello. I never got the representatives name that helped me , but I'm very appreciative for him. I had an issue with the trailer's brakes after I picked it up, at a location closer to me. I stopped by this location for assistance. Another rep sent him out and he diagnosed the faulty issue. He attempted to fix the issue, but ultimately made arrangements for me swap trailers and be on my way so I could pick up my car before the shop closed. Thanks again.”

Enterprise Truck Rental
9401 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond VA 23235
“Every time we rent with Enterprise we have a great experience that keeps us coming back next time we need a rental. We have rented other vehicles with Enterprise but this was our first time using Enterprise Truck Rental. From start to finish, everyone was terrific. I was checked in quickly, everything was explained clearly, all my questions were answered, and the process was smooth and easy. No problems with the vehicle. It was clean (for a utility van), no weird smells, everything worked great. We have other options closer to us but it was well worth it to go out of our way to rent with Enterprise Truck Rental and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!”
