I just called this site and the young gal who answered was rude and disrespectful. They claim the package was delivered on August 30 yet today is September 3 and still no package was received. She kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain the problem. I will be using FED EX from now on.

My daughter went into this location to do an Amazon return. The return was a fishing pole, and the fishing pole did not come in any type of box. All it came was in a piece of plastic. When she did the return, the young kids behind the counter told her they wouldn’t accept it because it was not in a box. She explained to him that it didn’t come in a box, but they basically didn’t say anything and just told her no. I then called to ask him what’s going on and he was telling me the same thing I asked for the manager‘s name and phone number and he laughed at me and said yeah we’re not gonna give you that information. The people they hire in this location are not trained to handle customers and have horrible customer service. Avoid this place at all possible.

I went to this UPS Store yesterday around 3 PM to get something notarized. They told me that the notary went home at 2 PM. My mom used to manage the UPS Stores in Virginia and told me there is supposed to be a notary there during their hours of operation... I went to a different UPS Store today.

Please read this , ups store for return of items purchased was, no box needed now they want or demand that my free return use a certified box or they can’t guarantee, safe arrival , hold on it gets better , person who waited on said purchase a certified box from us , yea right my refund was $6.00 dollars and the box plus tax ,I end up paying. Please if this store treats me like that what about you . Please post share this . Pushing boxes really how many people turned away because they refused to purchase a certified box ?
