“Very clean and cute motel with small kitchen, fridge, modern electric mini stove and separate sink for kitchen cleaning..Owner was very nice.. the main office is so cute the owner was so nice to take our picture as well..i like the location not too far from the main. Close to gas station, grocery store along cleveland ave towards the main street..The motel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had the best sleep ever in a motel.Would visit again and recommend.Good for families with little kids.Pool is huge too.Staff were very nice always offered to help.Awesome stay in chincoteague island..”

“Holiday Cottages was fine. Clean Cottages, nice pool, plenty of outdoor space for us. I thought it strange that we had to supply our own TP and paper towels, and their promise of two parking spaces was lacking. If you and your neighbors both have very small vehicles they might fit. Our neighbors had a pickup and there was no way we could have put another vehicle next theirs. We only had one vehicle so it didn't matter.”

“The place is a great stay for the area, not too far from mainstreet local restaurants and scenic walks. The room was surprisingly revamped to a modern style stay. It was a good scenic bike ride to the beach. Literally about 15 minutes., crossing into the state park.”

“We recently stayed at the Chincoteague Inn Motel and loved it. Clean, comfortable, and in the middle of so many things that it made it easy to get to them including even walking to them. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the pool was just as good. We liked how the walkways etc were still wood (and in great shape) while the rooms are upgraded. It was amazing how we couldn't hear any outside noise like motorcycles etc. We'd definitely go there again.”

“Nice breakfast. Appreciate the extra snacks in afternoon.Was very unhappy we were not put in the room we booked. Were not told until arrival. I understand there was a AC unit broke in room we wanted, but we had really wanted Coastal Breeze room; it put a cloud over our visit”
“What a pleasant surprise! As a business owner in the hospitality industry the attention to detail at the Refuge Inn is just phenomenal! For starters I have probably never seen a cleaner hotel room. I would never have expected a pool, hot tub, and fitness room of this quality even in a major metropolitan area. The (free 24/ 7) coffee is amongst the best I've had anywhere, ever (it's from a local roaster and is sourced from Vietnam). A "wow" all around.Nearby activities: The closest hotel to Assateague Island.Noteworthy details: Ample parking. Great gift shop.”
