“Anytime there is a merger it can be a bit frustrating and requires patience. The bank experiences the same kind of headache , if not more because they have to deal with multiple unhappy people. This is a welcoming bank with a very friendly professional staff. They treat you like a person and not a number. For the person who was complaining about their account being flagged for fraud take that as a good thing. It can be a little frustrating, but a simple call to the bank usually resolves that issue. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.”

“My wife and I had an excellent experience with banker Brad Smith on a Sat AM. We were purchasing a home in another town and were not informed of the routing information from the title company until after Truist Fri office hours in spite of our calling/ mailing the title co multiple times over the previous week. We decided to cross our fingers and appear without appt at the Christiansburg branch and Brad took care of us in every way- being extremely upbeat and friendly, putting us at ease, and answering all our questions while arranging all the details to wire the money on Monday which was done before 9AM as promised.
