“It is a tractor supply, not a full blown pet store, and surely not a human food store. They have what you need for your animals in a pinch, they have always had cat food and gerbil food when I needed it. I’ve had no problems with this store, so it’s odd to see reviews tearing them down. I’m a pretty weird looking person, so I feel if anyone’s going to be treated poorly, it’ll be me. But I’ve been greeted, asked how my day is, and generally treated well in this shop! I would say any thing otherwise would be a reflection of how others are acting, not the employees.”
“We had a great experience in purchasing our new exercise equipment. We had an issue during checkout, but Dustin was very patient and we were finally able to get the issue resolved. Everyone we worked with at checkout and with ordering were extremely nice and professional. During pick-up, Andy and Josh C. retrieved our equipment and loaded it for us. I also purchased a new pair of shoes with our Scorecard rewards todsy and the associate in the shoe department was very helpful and friendly. The Christiansburg store is a great place to shop for sporting goods and exercise equipment. The employees are wonderful and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!”
