We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
So I don’t know how to say this but I over heard an employee(think his names Cade curly hair brown I think) give out a customer information. Also him and his friend that work there said that they deposit money into each other account. “Bluefeild does it is okay for us too” so 10/10 wouldn’t trust them with my money

Brad Smith was incredible. I had lots of questions and he was patiently answering all of them and coming up with solutions. Could not be happier with the service. If you need help with anything, I’d ask for Brad.

They charge 8 dollars to cash a check at their bank. My 12 year old was so excited about cashing a check and the teller was rude and made the experience at this bank awful. If we could have cashed the check anywhere else we would have left. Awful customer service!!!!!
