“Great service. They showed up when they said they would. They charge a very fair rate. I would recommend them. I hope I don't need another tow but if I do I will absolutely call them.”
“My 2005 Honda Civic bumper got damaged in the snow and rip out part of the center and splash guards underneath. Took my car to them and they fix it within 3 to 4 days. They done a fantastic job. The bumper looks great and the paint looks fantastic. They also put on all the splash guards I needed underneath. Highly recommend this company. A+ on the work and time of repair.”
“My pickup broke down in Christiansburg, and we couldn't get any help, we called these guys and they were right there. Towed the truck all the way back to Bluefield, we're very polite and courteous, handle my truck with respect, and didn't charge me my first born child. Very happy with the service, super nice guys.”

“Walnut Springs is one the best auto shops that I have had the pleasure to work with in my 30+ years of driving and dealing with car repairs. Josh and the mechanics are excellent in their customer service and repair work. With my son attending Virginia Tech, I have used them on 4-5 different occasion and have always been pleased and impressed with their work but more important with their approach to doing business. Fair pricing with excellent service.”
“Absolutely amazing mechanical skills. Can fix anything. Down to earth owner. Cheaper than any place I've been. Inspection certified. Been in business for I believe he sd over 25yrs for himself. Not your average neat garage but the work and prices are unbeatable.”
“We were on a cross-country rv trip. Right near the Christiansburg exit, we had some rv trouble. We were renting it and called the owners. They reached out to the insurance place, which gave us an estimate of 4 hours. We were on the side of the highway with kids and dogs, so the owners tried calling around themselves. Within 30 minutes, Total Car Care brought out a tow truck for the rv and someone to pick us up. Every employee we came into contact with was so helpful and friendly. They helped us find somewhere to eat lunch (which was a great recommendation) and by the time we were done eating, the rv was fixed! They were so fast, we were told the price was very reasonable and such amazing people! Thank you for turning what could have been very stressful into the best pit stop!”
“Managed to get my state inspection renewed on the same day when every other place in the area asked me to leave the vehicle over night. Very kind, courteous and thorough service. Recommended.”

“Mason pulled my minivan off the side of the road and was quick affordable and professional. On top of that he went above and beyond to not only help us find the part we needed, but at the right price and connected us with a wonderful cab driver who had space for all my kids and car seats. Bad experience made much better by meeting wonderful people.”

“This shop was simply amazing and helped us out in our time of need!! Professional Door Inc is on the road, going to jobs and we have to be there in a timely manner - This morning we came across a flat tire on our trailer and thought our entire day was going to be a disaster. We took the trailer up to Tannahill, figuring our whole day was going to be thrown off by this. These guys popped the tire off, took the nail out, threw a plug in, filled it with air and sent us on our way in under 30 minutes!! Completely saving our day!!! We were back on the road and our schedule stayed in tact! We cannot thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone having issues! They will treat you right, and get you in and out as quick as they can!! You truly cannot beat that!! Thank again Tannahill (exit 109)!!”
