Garden Center GRAVEYARD. Saddest greenhouse I’ve ever seen. Over half plants dead and/or dying, many overturned and toppled on the ground. I know it’s been hot, but have some respect for plant life and your store?

Me nd twinnem was up in dat store jus coolin peepin the peeps (juvenile chickens and ducks🥹🐥). But then up in that sto they gone accuse gng of some cray paint huffin??? ON SOUL gng didn’t do we wasn’t even in the aisle not once!!! We deserve an apology.

This was my first time at a Tractor Supply location and I certainly will not be coming back. I came in with a few friends to look for water shoes and while admiring the ducks what I believe is a manager came and accused us of vandalism. Then while we were checking out a police officer and the woman who originally accused us held us for an extremely inconvenient amount of time with no proof of us vandalizing the property. This experience was overall very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Looking for shoes and looking at ducks and a worker suspected me and my cronies of vandalism in the store. Inevitably the police were called and arrived at the scene and resolved the whole situation after taking our names and ids to check the records and letting us and at last letting us vacate the premises.

Went here with my friends to find water shoes and was profiled by the manager for being under 30. They thought that we sprayed spray paint on one of the gun safes with no evidence and called the cops on us. Waste of an hour questioning us and not believing us without proof of anything. The cashiers believed us and were very kind though. 0/10 manager.

Absolutely horrific. Asked (three) different people to get my propane cylinder filled and got sent different places each time with no one taking accountability and helping. Went down the street to food lion and got it exchanged within 3 minutes with the first person willing to help 🙏🏻

I enjoy shopping in the store and seeing the friendly associates and team leaders. I don't enjoy the assistant manager and store manager because they treat the employees like they're nothing. Tractor Supply needs to hire new management ASAP or they will continue to lose hardworking people and loyal customers

Took my dog (mutt) to get a rabies shot. She's never been in public and definitely not been in a store (she's 7 months). The manager whose name is Stacy was an absolute sweetheart in making my dog and even me more comfortable. Honestly, if I were to start any business, I'll take all Stacy's on my team.
Ps the whole staff at this store took time to pet my dog who was scared and that meant a lot to me. Wasn't sure if I was going to get a wireless fence from online or here. My decision was made when I had this experience today.

Called them on 12/10/23 because they had a Gemmy Crystal Splendor-Baby Holstein Cow. It was the last one, and I asked them if they could hold it for me, and I would be by first thing in the morning on Monday to pick it up. The man told me that he would hold it until 12 noon Monday 12/11/23. He took my name and number and pit it on the box. I get there at 930am to pay for it and take it home. I had cash in hand. An associate looked all over the place and couldn't find it. Found the note with my information on it. But no cow, the associate got the manager, and he said they sold it. I said yall told me that yall would hold it for me. All he said was sorry. They could have at least called me. If the company doesn't hold items, don't say you will. The only reason I left 2 stars was because the associate who was at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart.

This is a very nice store and the Assistant Manager Steve helped me buy my new Zero Turn Cub Cadet. I had a situation, long story but he helped me for over an hour and wouldn’t stop until we got things straightened out. I’d give this store 10 stars if I could!! Go check them out!
