“Called these guys pretty upset after being treated horribly elsewhere and I will never regret it! Not only was I treated with respect and empathy over the phone, they were also able to schedule me a week out. I advised him of the noises coming from what I thought was the front driver's side wheel bearings of my class C RV and that I was worried one broke but I was parked and secure. He advised me up front of the different possibilities of time frames based on possible issues and of his hourly rate. Appointment day came and him and his guys were just as respectful and courteous in person. Turns out the inner back wheelwas flat and rubbing on its outer wheel. One hour later and a replacement tire and I've been fine ever since. As a single widow with PTSD it is absolutely imperative I feel safe, comfortable and not taken advantage of and these guys checked all boxes. “First, Matt is an absolute pleasure. Super sweet guy. Trustworthy and honest, it’s really refreshing to not feel swindled by somebody in the auto industry. They replaced my destroyed bumper in a day after they got the parts, any other place would’ve had my car sitting in their lot for atleast a week. I left my car there filthy from all the salt and snow and picked it up detailed and with new car smell- awesome surprise! Will be back for my oil changes!”

“My F250 transmission was slamming into each gear. Transmission light was on, engine light was on, weak throttle. It was like seeing a lame horse that couldn’t stand. I KNEW in my soul the transmission was done and I’d have to drop $10 for a new transmission……Nope, this guy replaced a transmission thermometer/thermostat thingy deep in the tranny. This thing was the size of a small plastic LEGO and now ZERO issues. She’s been healed. It was like a vet pulling a small nail out of the horses hoof which I thought was lame and now she’s running.
