“From our first contact with White Properties...we knew this was the storage unit that was best for us. Throughout the whole reservation process...Jillian was kind and extremely helpful. Moving from Colorado to Virginia...finding a secure storage unit was a challenge. Jillian made the challenge easy and simple. And the storage unit when we arrived was super clean...with even a welcome bag including 2 T-shirts for me and my wife.
This is a first-class storage unit...very secure...with exceptional customer service.

“5+ Year Review In The Making:
I received another price increase notification last month. On average, the price increases to around $65 bucks every time I get one of these notifications, and they pop up randomly. Sometimes, I’ve gotten 2-3 rate increases in a year, and other times, I’ve gotten one, but every time, I know I can call and talk to Corey. Corey is amazing! I have been with the company for many years, and he’s always been incredibly helpful. The way the rates fluctuate dramatically can be frustrating, but Corey is always so empathetic and sweet. He goes above and beyond to work with his customers and always lays out all the options. He’s always honest and transparent, and he admits if he’s made a mistake. He’s big on communication and doing right by others, so if you ever have any issues here, I strongly encourage you to reach out to him. Overall, the units in the building are very clean. I’ve never had any problems with getting in or out of the facility. They have quality security cameras, and they are quick to help with any concerns you have. I’d recommend renting here, but I would also recommend getting to know the staff, as they will be your best resources when navigating your options for price increases!
P.S. I was talking to another tenant who told me about a different young man who either works or worked there, and he had nothing but glowing things to say about him, too. They seem to hire good people here, so thank you both for all you do!”
“Robin gets the stars! Helped me get “moved in” to my new parking spot. Seamless process to get going. Nice option to auto pay. Great advice on how to maximize the benefits of renting space here. The location is nice too, right behind the VA Farm Market. Lot was very clean. Spot was pretty level on a solid gravel pad. Glad I found this place”

“I contacted Allied Storage because I was looking for a different spot for my camper. The spot we had was always wet and mossy after it rained, which was a concern. Megan was incredibly helpful and did her best to find a new location that would accommodate our camper. Although my husband decided we would stay put for now and even consider changing locations altogether, Megan went above and beyond by personally visiting our spot. During a heat wave, she worked hard to add gravel to improve drainage and reduce the wetness. We are extremely pleased with the outstanding service Megan provided and truly appreciate her dedication and care!”

“Stored our 36' motorcoach there for 5 years. Good RV storage option. Easy access from I-81. Good-sized spaces for even large RVs. Fenced storage lot with electronic gate access. Recently enhanced security with new lighting and video surveillance. Access roads recently re-paved. Management continues to provide good maintenance and upgrades to the facility. Site manager, Elizabeth, is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Decorates entrance area nicely for every season. All in all, a good choice in the Winchester area.”

“I had a unit for the last 2 years with Route 37 and have nothing but great things to say. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions I had, and were very professional. In addition, their prices were very fair and the units were clean and well-maintained. The complex has a gate to get in inside which could be accessed with a code, and the individual storage buildings also required a code to enter them, so the property was very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend Route 37 to anyone that needs a storage unit in the Winchester area!!”

If I ever needed a storage unit again, I would definitely come back to all points self storage if Lucia is still there. The woman works 24 seven around the clock. It’s amazing. And this is coming from someone with a background of commercial real estate and I can assure you I didn’t even do half the things that Lucia does.
I can tell you right now as an high level management before I retired. The woman needs a raise and a promotion.
I will be moving out of there this weekend, but I can assure you I will miss you Lucia so much. I will miss how much help you have given me and all the advice about storage and everything in general.

“It doesn't look like much, but I'm very happy with this storage facility. The two women that work in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable about their facility. I got the smallest unit available which turned out to be a real deal. There was a special, three months for $75, $25 per month. I had been to several storage facilities previously, and they were either closed or had no units available. One I couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Ridgeway provides you the lock and keys. One time I left and mistakenly took the lock with me. The employees called me to inform me that my unit was unlocked. I really thought that was outstanding. They actually cared about the customer, rare these days. The units are clean. I have been on rainy days, and no leaks. I'm extremely happy with this facility and would recommend it to anyone that needs storage. My hats off to Ridgeway Self Storage.”
