He informed me that car had issues, and he was going to have it worked on. He asked what we were looking for, and showed us a couple options. He is knowledgeable, and told us that the Pontiac Vibe was essentially a Toyota Matrix. That piqued our interest. After a test drive, we were very interested. The CARFAX checked out with a good maintenance record. He quoted us a price that was in our daughter's price range, and worked with us, since we were going to leave town the next day. Smooth transaction with a very nice person. What really impressed me, was his dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
