I've always had a pleasant experience at this bank. The tellers are helpful and the wait times typically aren't too bad if you have to talk to the loan department as a walk in. I never had an issue here.

Great experience! I walked in the door and all three employees greeted me in a friendly manner. The staff were upbeat, pleasant, and accommodating, and they worked quickly to resolve my question. I worked with Shaun and Nadia specifically; they were great!

Although the staff are pleasant, they aren't very helpful when solutions are needed. Always a problem when I'm sending international wire transfers. Bad rates, no help, and won't do accommodations under branches will. Wish it wasn't the closest location to my house.
