“I came in here to make a deposit today, and this branch was conveniently located to an office where I had a meeting earlier. I am seeing more and more of these branches lately, whereas before I only knew of 2 locations in Springfield and Annandale. Every single time I've always had an uneventful and easy experience. I have an account at a different bank which has been the opposite experience, and I think that their problem is that they are trying to be too modern with their silly cafes and whatnot. That is not the case with this bank. It is definitely more of a traditional back which I appreciate.”

Today is Saturday 12-23-17 and AMAZON PRIME just tried to screw me over. I didn't know what to do. So I went to good ol' Mr Jimmy. He immediately handled it, talked to me as a friend, and gave me some advice. Talk about customer service? This gentleman's work ethics need to be recognized. Outstanding, simply outstanding.”

“I was getting a massage locally and noticed the NFCU nearby and remembered I had a check on me that I needed to deposit. I typically deposit checks via my phone, but this saved me a step. At first I thought that this was an actual bank with tellers as it was hard to see inside. However, as I got out of my car, all I could see was a stand along ATM machine inside a door. I didn't mind as using the machine is just was easy as doing an electronic deposit. So, I grabbed my check, signed the back and used my card to use the machine. Overall, easy transaction and one of the new features they have is to opt to have a printed receipt with a copy of the check printed on the receipt. I did this and got the receipt and had a small version of the check on the transaction. I thought it was pretty cool. I didn't really want the receipt, but just wanted to see what it would look like once it was printed. Kudos for a having a location that was close to me and nearby. I appreciate walking up to a machine once in a while. Are there many banks anymore with tellers? I wouldn't know, but I do appreciate the stand alone machines.”

I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by the Branch Manager (I think her name was Lilly) who then introduced me to Regina Bennett (Vice President, Senior Branch Premier Banker) to discuss my various banking needs. I feel like I hit the jackpot having the opportunity to work with Regina. She's the ultimate professional and her expertise and knowledge are paramount.
