“I have an equity line of credit that the staff at the bank helped me obtain seamless. Recently I had a mistake selecting principal only payment on the line of credit that I had made. I went to the bank to have it change to a normal payment. Nadia the bank leader immediately went to work with good attitude to fix my mistake. A few days later Nadia took the time to call me to let me know the mistake had been corrected and processed without a penalty to pay. That’s what I call customer service.”
“Chintha helped me get a business account opened and a loan for my car. Some of the things she wasn't sure how to do properly since i had specific needs, but the rest of the staff were very helpful and all worked together to make sure we got it done. it was a true group effort and the vibes there were very positive. i would say it had the most camraderie of a bank i have been to and good music too.”
