“I have an equity line of credit that the staff at the bank helped me obtain seamless. Recently I had a mistake selecting principal only payment on the line of credit that I had made. I went to the bank to have it change to a normal payment. Nadia the bank leader immediately went to work with good attitude to fix my mistake. A few days later Nadia took the time to call me to let me know the mistake had been corrected and processed without a penalty to pay. That’s what I call customer service.”

We could only attend on a Saturday but there were no appointments available online even looking a month in advance, so we went during the week and talked to a person that was not going to be present that Saturday but gave us the card of Yasmin Siddiek and sent her an email to let her know we were going to come on Saturday. Yasmin was busy but made sure we had a great experience on our first visit to BOFA in Virginia and took care of us, provided with the services and made sure we were all set to go. She was a rock star that day and helped us with notarizing that paper that allowed our son to start school next week. Thanks Yasmin! Also, I have been out of the country long enough to not know how things have changed since Covid, and the branch manager was kind enough to assist me in making sure that I could get a statement as soon as possible. I was able to get all the documents that I needed so that I could get a cell phone, my life drivers license and other things. The staff was also very kind and took time to explain to me how to work online banking. If you want good old, traditional customer service with a smile this is the branch to go!”

The staff have been professional, helpful, and easy to work with, and the banking services are convenient and reliable for both personal and business needs. One area I do think could be improved is the minimum balance requirement for business accounts. Requiring around $5,000 can be a lot for newer or smaller businesses that are still growing and need to keep more of their cash available for operating expenses. I would love to see Bank of America offer a lower minimum balance requirement or more flexible options specifically designed for small businesses and startups. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would still give Bank of America 5 stars. With a little more flexibility for smaller businesses, the business banking experience could be even better.”

“I spent about 4 hours over three days at this branch. I worked with a Banker named Ms. Marta Pisa Sanz. She was fantastic, patient, and thorough, handling my case with grace and care. To the bank management, she deserves a raise and promotion. I was at the bank to work on an Estate account of a recently deceased family member. I had been to two other Wells Fargo branches as I have been traveling and they gave me conflicting information, that turned out to be wrong. Marta was so good at unraveling the different information from the other branches. I was amazed watching this young woman at work on the phone talking to the Wells Fargo legal team. She was patient and professional with them, but firm with them when she had to clarify the correct process to follow. It literally took three hours. The fourth hour was setting up the paperwork for me to submit. Another great point of service, Marta realized that my case was difficult and actually switched her schedule to help me on the second day. She wanted to give me the continuity of service and save me the trouble of having to tell a new banker the situation again. Bravo for customer service. Thank you Marta for helping make a complicated situation much clearer, and for being a bright point in my Estate dealings.”
