“Everyone there is always so nice. I go there specifically for that reason I try to walk in with a positive attitude, knowing it will take time because people have lots of questions when you go to the counter.”

“This is not a full-service post office. It's a contract location operated by the Ace Hardware employees. Good for mailing out packages but not a place for passports or other postal services (like money orders).”

“My favorite post office. Nice employees, good service. Note that windows are closed on Saturday (all day) & between 2-3p on weekdays (for employees’ lunch). Does not have self-service machines, so avoid those times. Otherwise, my favorite!”

“My experience here has been infrequent, but all positive. Front line customer service folks have been polite every time, and very patient. They recently found my phone left behind just before closing time, and the next day I found it had been set aside with a note explaining where it was found etc. ... we were happily reunited. Thank you, USPS!”

“First time in this location. Short line. Only one person helping at the counter. Even that didn't stop Rafi from being helpful, courteous, friendly and fast.”

“Awesome place, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Specially the Asian lady with glass who collects Passport is super duper helpful. She was even kind enough to fill out the first page for me as I was busy handling my two infant children. I hope and pray all the very best for their future.”

“weighing in on this highly controversial establishment, I was helped by Raj and she was quite polite and swiftupdate: today I was helped by Michael and he seemed polite enough. didn't say much but scanned my package swiftly and honestly that's good by my standards.”

“We’ve all had terrible post office experiences however, today I had GREAT interaction and felt compelled to leave a positive review. Anwar helped me with an envelope that was returned to sender, and another package that was a gift for a friend. Anwar took the time to insure both packages arrived on time (peak holiday season) and at the most affordable rate. You put all these negative reviews to shame, Anwar. THANK YOU!!!”

“Outstanding customer service.I cannot speak for the the delivery personnel but...The gentleman who helped me out today Mr. Delia provided me with excellent customer service over the phone. He took swift action to locate my package and prepare it for me to pick up in the afternoon. He answered everything I asked of him with professionalism and respect. My package was sent to me with “signature required.” Unfortunately, I missed two attempts for delivery and was very concerned that my item would be returned to sender.SUPERVISOR MICHAEL DELIA was an awesome help today and i’m very thankful that he picked up the phone when I went through a short automated system.Thank you, Mr. Delia. ??”

“I had a lot of stuff to send (8 boxes total and 3 were heavy dive tanks). Elenor and Judy were fantastic and laughed and made it fun, even when the printer jammed (repeatedly). The location was so easy to get to, close parking and easy access to the counter. I drove out of my way (from Arlington), just to use this location, and I will do so again!! Great job ladies !!!”

“After reading these reviews I half expected the employees to start hurling rocks at me upon entering the building. Luckily for me my visit was perfectly fine and normal. I went in for a passport appointment and the employees who helped me were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. No, the red carpet was not laid out before me, but everything that needed to be done got done in a timely manner and there were no rocks thrown. Remember that these USPS employees are civil servants working for a program that is bursting at the seams and experiencing unprecedented levels of understaffing. They serve hundreds of people a day, and due to the human condition, may not be feeling 100% at any given moment to say the least. Anyone who has ever worked retail can relate. A healthy dose of patience, politeness, and compassion will get you far, but some of you may need to hold a baby, or gaze upon the majesty of the stars, or contemplate our minuscule lives within the vastness of the universe before you interact with another postal worker. It’s a hard time out there - be kind to people and life will get easier, I promise.”

“As far as post offices go, this one is really good. Usually pretty busy but you don't have to wait too long in line and ive always(over 10 years) been able to find a parkingspot. They've got passport services and if you're terrible at taking out your mail from your mailbox (like I am) they will kindly hold your excess junk and remind you often. I love the kiosk where I can just waltz up and buy stamps - on my own! Anyway. If you live in the area I recommend this location.”

“I read lots of reviews about the passport service here so my expectations were low. BUT I kept an open mind. We came on Saturday morning during walk in passport hours and arrived right at 0900. We had all the correct paperwork and we completed 4 passport applications with photos without issue. Maile was fantastic and very helpful. I honestly think some people just don’t read instructions online and don’t come prepared and expect magic. Come prepared people! They don’t make the rules! I watched as more people showed up without the required paperwork/documents and with less than pleasant attitudes. Thanks Maile for all your hard work!”

“To start off I've seen the other reviews and I just moved to the area a couple months ago so my experience with this post office is limited. However in my experience the staff are professional and polite even though they are very to the point no idle chitchat or pleasantries but I assume that's because it's always busy there. Even though the line is always long the line does generally move at a good pace. Noth times i went there was about 25 people in line but my wait was only about 20-30 minutes. I will agree they absolutely need more staff which is why im giving them a 4. This place is so busy they should have enough staff to keep a minimum of 3 windows open at all times and all 4 during busy times. Other than that it's about what you would expect from a post office.”
