“We have a new 2025 Voltage 5th wheel. Fuel pump went out on Onan generator. Called first thing in morning. They got us right in. Diagnosed problem. Ordered parts. Let us plug in on site. Parts arrived as scheduled next morning. We did have them service unit change oil and filters which was $40 less than cost at-home in Texas. Amazing staff and facility.”

“My Nissan Murano bumper collided with a pole in a parking garage, and it did not even dent. (Shout out to Murano's durability.) But the bumper dislodged a little all across the front, left and right side. Literally no dents on Murano, a just few scratches from the slow collision, but she's a decade old and I'm ok with low-visibility scratches and no dents. I took Murano to a large body repair shop in the New River Valley, and a kind professional assessed the damage. I shared that I have full coverage insurance, but wanted to just pay out-of-pocket. OK. THE ASSESSED DAMAGE WAS $2,300!
No. Way. Y'all. Yep, two thousand three hundred and something dollars.
I decided to get a second opinion. I found Moon's by a simple Google search of highly rated body repair shops.
Y'all. MOON'S AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP was/is awesome! Moon's is a local, small, family-owned business with a commitment to excellence that all businesses should have. I was promptly able to get appointments to assess and repair the damage. AND, y'all -- during the damage assessment, Moon's daughter popped the right side of my bumper back in place with her bare hands (NO TOOLS). So thankful that she did not charge me $2,300 for that. That was FREE-LOL!
Murano was in one day and out around lunchtime the next. When I arrived, a kind Moon's team member was washing my car. OH YES! I parked under a tree in the days prior to Moon's repairing my car and there was tree sap on the windshield and hood. Moon said they they noticed it so they cleaned it off (no request necessary) after they repaired my car.
Total cost for Moon's EXEMPLARY service and quality repair, labor and parts, and Wonder Woman's no-tools-bumper-back-in-place magic = $167.00. Y'all. ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN DOLLARS. Period. Thank God for business people who are not in business to fleece their customers. Moon's will forever be our family's auto body shop, and it's OK that I need to drive 40 minutes to get there.

“Friendly and a life saver for my sisters. See they were traveling from IN to VA for a funeral when one of the rims on my sister's car was cracked. The car didn't come with a spare, the dealerships didn't have the part and the part was discontinued. The tire wouldn't hold air long enough to get anywhere on time and dangerous to drive on. I called Wimmer Tire & Service, Melvin referred me to this salvage yard, but it was closed. I called the salvage yard from IN the next morning at 8am while my sisters were still 200 miles from the funeral that same day. Robert from the salvage yard asked if I had a picture of a good tire on the car. My sister sent him a picture, she then called me an hour later telling me that Robert had found her a rim that was the same size and should work, she went to go get it. Robert was awesome and a life saver this day. When you are out of town (in the Roanoke area), don't know who to call and in a need of a car part, I would suggest calling Robert at "A Price is Right Auto Parts". I am so grateful for Melvin at Wimmer Tire & Service for giving me Robert's phone number to call. May God bless you both, your business and your families.
