“Sales person Robin was patient, kind and knew the inventory. However when I went to pay for the loveseat with a check, I was told they would not schedule a delivery until the check cleared. So basically, they wanted the money but I didn't get a product. So I paid with a card, which fortunately, they do not pass the merchant fees to the consumer. Two weeks. I have to wait 2 weeks until delivery. I am old enough to remember getting things delivered within a week at least.”

“We bought the couch over 5 months ago but I've been meaning to well earned review. This place is wonderful. We had such a great experience at Riverside Furniture while shopping for our new couch. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in, and they really made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. A special shout-out to Terri, who went above and beyond for us. She didn’t just answer our questions—she stayed late to make sure our financing went through smoothly. Her dedication and patience were truly admirable, and it felt like she genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit for our home. If you’re looking for a place where the staff puts you first and offers really comfortable furniture, I’d definitely recommend Riverside Furniture. We’re thrilled with our new couch and grateful for the exceptional service we received!”

“I had always done business with Aaron's in Collinsville until they moved them to the one in Martinsville for some reason. The people that managed the store in Collinsville had always worked with me on any problems I may have had and done me right on the payment's I had to pay. The products may be quite a bit more buying them at Aaron's but when you don't have any other way to get what you need then the payment plan works out well. They have always treated me respectfully and helped me in any way they possibly could. Kudos to all of you!! You guys are great and I'd recommend Aaron's to anyone that needs anything and doesn't have any other way to get it. Thanks Aaron's . Your awesome!!”
