I just wanted to send appreciation to the gentlemen that installed my shutters yesterday. Not only did they both do a great job but, they were very courteous, respectful and professional. The gentleman who was in charge, tightened some of my other shutters y'all installed earlier this year and was happy to do it for me.
I just wanted you to know real customer service is hard to find in this day and age so, I really appreciate it when I see it.
I also want to point out amd give thanks to Bobbi Jo who did a marvelous job helping pick the right shitters. She is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Another one of your employees who understands good customer service and beyond.”
