Went to this location to deposit my husband check and the old dried up teller going to ask who was it i said my husband will it will be a whole on it ..I took it and stated I will take to my local branch .the witch called the south hill location and told lies..

I have banked here for something like 6 years and have always found the staff to be incredibly polite and happy to help with any issues!

I went to this bank today. One of the bank tellers told me that I had to be a Virginia citizen to open a checking account. That doesn’t make sense at all. I don’t think she wanted to serve me.
