“This is my first time at this location. I was greeted at the door by the reception staff. She was able to assist me in printing a cashier's check that I ordered online. I was in and out. She was friendly. Masks are recommended but not required. Small location as most Navy Federal locations are. Located in a shopping plaza across the street from South Park Mall. Easy access to I-95 and I-295. This location isn't far from Fort Lee. The only con was that the sheriff's deputy or police officer that was supposed to be standing guard was seated and watching a show on his phone. He even had a stand around his neck to hold the phone in place while watching the show. One can NOT stand guard paying attention to their surroundings when watch shows, reading content online, etc. Just saying.”
