Old Navy provides an amazing shopping experience with exceptional customer service. Employees are kind, pleasant, and helpful, offering assistance with finding items and even helping to carry bags to cars. The store is very nice and clean. Some customers note that the prices can feel expensive, even on clearance racks, and that the lack of shopping carts can be challenging for parents with young children. However, the outstanding and thoughtful staff makes customers want to shop more, creating a truly appreciated visit.
I visited to buy some pants for work. They didnt have the pants I wanted in store, but the sales representative that assisted me was able to help me find it, and purchase it online. I left the store feeling satisfied with the online purchase made and also satisfied with the customer service given.

Loved this store. Some things are unavailable, probably due to the holiday season, but it was still clean, well-stocked and organized. The associates are so friendly too. Would definitely come back.
