“The store is kind of cramped because they need to fit a lot in a smaller space. American Eagle has been in Southpark Mall for a long time now and seems to do well. The jeans are my sons favorite. This last visit we did not speak to anyone that worked there but usually they greet you and ask if you need any help. Usually very helpful.”

I don't go here often but I usually get great deals and good customer service and to me that is a plus. “Came here to go shopping cuz I'm just visiting this town. And even though it's a small Mall it has a lot to offer. I dropped into this store because I noticed that they were having a sale and it's a really good sale. If you guys get a chance to swing by they have a buy one get two free on almost everything in the store so I was able to get my daughter 3 shirts and three sets of socks for a $40! What does a really good deal since all the t-shirts are $29.99 and the socks where $13.99!!!! I definitely recommend coming into this store not just because of the amazing deals but also because of the friendly staff I had two wonderful young ladies help me find my fourteen-year-old a few things to wear and they were both super helpful and super nice! I will be back the next time I'm in town thanks guys.”
“I love this store it’s pretty big but the kids section is very limited and basic..juniors/womens area is the go to place for tweens/teens. A lot more stuff to pick from they have some Y2K,grunge clothing that I favor. Will eventually try to go back”

“I was notified of the 50% off sale from a friend and decided to go. The store doesn’t have shopping carts and that makes it harder for a mom with 2 under 2 (yes I could drag the stroller out but that’s heavy and takes up a lot of space).From the moment I entered the store every single employee either asked me if I needed any help, offered me a way to get around the store with the children, or assisted me when I needed help finding items. If that wasn’t kind enough when I got to the register my cashier saw I was struggling and asked someone to help me with my bag out to the car. Without hesitation they agreed.Thank you for an amazing shopping experience and all of your kindness. It was truly appreciated.”
