I had the pleasure of meaning Ms. Wanda the other day at the colonial heights location. I came in for a return and Wanda’s customer was awesome. She really made me want to shop more at old Navy, I hope the company realizes the gem their employee is.

Store hours clearly say the store closes at 8pm. Store was locked up tight with employees standing around well before 8pm

I went during Black Friday sale and the lady who was in the counter was very rude to me and my grandma. We were only asking her a question about the old navy card and she started getting mad at us for not understanding what was she was talking about. Definitely not coming back!

I was notified of the 50% off sale from a friend and decided to go. The store doesn’t have shopping carts and that makes it harder for a mom with 2 under 2 (yes I could drag the stroller out but that’s heavy and takes up a lot of space).From the moment I entered the store every single employee either asked me if I needed any help, offered me a way to get around the store with the children, or assisted me when I needed help finding items. If that wasn’t kind enough when I got to the register my cashier saw I was struggling and asked someone to help me with my bag out to the car. Without hesitation they agreed.Thank you for an amazing shopping experience and all of your kindness. It was truly appreciated.

Arrived at 5:15 on 01/27. 5 employees standing in the middle talking, staring at me as I made it to the men’s section. Another associate walks behind me from the fitting room.6 employees total at an empty store and not a single one said hi or offered me help. Because I don’t feel like I “belong” here, I took a pause and walked right out of the door. It’s a shame what retail has become recently.

There were no salespeople around to ask questions or to ask for help. My family of 3 were trying to get matching Buffalo ? Plaid shirts for our Christmas photo. Nothing fancy, just trying to get a photo of the 3 of us at our new home.

Needed some new pants for my daughter as she is growing into a new size, the store is honestly such a mess and most of the employees stand around, some of them were in the back gossiping about another coworker. When I got to the register the young women who rang me out didn't say a single word other than "you ready" not sure if I will be coming back and I'll just go to target from now on.
